Posting on a forum, well, that just doesn't seem like it will accomplish what you want. By the way, I loved the "World According to America" map. Damn Euro-people, no escalators or TV. Early missions in it strike me as simple enough, but that is in my estimation mainly due to the fact that the Deployment campaign REALLY teaches you what your chopper can do and that you need to keep your eyes well open. When you suddenly realize that you are instinctively checking out treelines and modifying your flight direction to mask yourself with the terrains, you'll be so much more prepared to deal with quick decisions in a high threat Russia-vs-Nato style engagement - including the wildly debated lack of RWR. :D I have a lot of flight time 30+hrs with my own missions but still have a lot to learn. Thanks for the tip although I've been saving the Oil campaign until I finished Deployment and felt fully familiar with all the KA-50's systems. I flew few missions in Deployment campaign and never had to pause the mission, and was able to read subtitles faster then the guy was speaking them in Russian. Mine was the fact that there were english language in some missions and comms voices and I wanted them to be in Russian. Thankfully, someone posted the Russian language files and now I have all voices in Russian. Womble, this is a hyper-realisitic simulator. I guess it's not for you. Good luck with your refund.

It amazes me that any comunity can move forward with some of the replys that came into this thread. you have to realise that for many (if not most) of the guys here, the language issue was only worth a few seconds of bother. this is probably the first time someone has said something about it (and indeed, wanted a refund because of it), and so the expected reaction could only be extreme. In general the community here seems pretty helpful, its unfortunate that you arent willing to see that side of us :/

As mentioned a lot of times before english with russian accent would have been the best thing! Regarding subtitles in movies... well there is a big difference... a movie I am just watching and got enough time to read those subtitles... in a simulation where i have to concentrate in flying, watch the surroundings and keep everything under control reading subtitles isn't a funny thing to do! He belongs here just as much as anyone of us does, whether he wants to come back here is entirely upto himself and is another matter totally, but to say he does not belong here and telling him to not reply to this message or reply on the forum is outrageous and thankfully isnt in your job description.

I didnt play lock on,does that mean i should be punished for buying BS in good faith that its a fully english version? Plus, just because i am the first does that mean my point of view is any less right, i think not. I believe that the rusian in this game breaks the imersion, hence breaks the game, there is no need for people to become agressive because they think differently. This is a forum after all, i believe that makes this a place for DISCUSION, not hostility! again thanks for peoples support and understanding
