Although I applaud Ugra guys for their hard work, it has to be said that oversaturated "LSD-green" fields and "Lego-bricks-green" trees are their unfortunate "trademarks" which were only slightly toned down from Normandy 1. Not enough for me, that's for sure!

Thanks for the edits, on preview shots they look superior to originals and they should do the job fine for now until Taz or Barthek offer some more thorough mods.

I would encourage everyone who hasn't yet, to get their feet wet with Reshade.

I use Taz's and Bartheks mods, but still feel the need to do a bit tinkering with sharpness, contrast and color to lift the "grey haze" from DCS.

I can't remember Reshade to have caused a single crash since I use it and the performance impact is neglectable (1-2 fps when you stay with the color correction).

The "Better Trees for ...." and "Vivid....." mods are still essential works of art though!

Yea, I'm definitely interested what might those guys do with this

Cant you adjust this color just as well with OpenXR Toolkit? With Toolkit, I can make the map look darker, lighter, more vibrant, sharper,  with more or less contrast, brighter, etc.

This is only .lua edit to make the Normandy 2.0 map a bit more darker, no new or edited textures. I thought I'd upload it, since none of the big names made this yet.

I used the same aproach as Taz1004 in his Better Trees for Syria mod, so credit goes to him.

Ouky1991 do you know if your darker Normandy mod should still work after the next Normandy update?
