no comms menu in certain missions....

Hi, I have noticed that in some of my missions, when I press for the comms menu, it does not appear? Its not a binding problem, have checked and it works fine in an instant actuion mission.......

What settings somewhere might cause this? I dont recall changing anything and it always used to work OK in the mission I am having issues with (Posted below in case that helps)

do you have the box for easy communications under the gameplay tab in the settings menu set?

Without easy comms setting turned off you have to make sure your radios are tuned properly and use COMM1 and COMM2.

I am not using easy comms, will check binds etc. Strange as I have changed nothing and it was all working good before....thanks!

Understood. I believe it is a mission setting. As a test, try a mission that worked before.

Comm menus open fine from your mission on my end.  Do you have VAICOM?

OK, found the issue....had to change binding. I have noticed, lots of stuff that never used to get changed seems to change randomly in DCS now....keybinds dissappear of change, special settings revert to default etc.....othe rpeople who I fly with also have this issue....

^ That tends to happen when you get any connection and authotization problems while logging into the game. Did you have any recently? Should never happen otherwise.

Make a backup of your Config/Input folder and options.lua file. Will make getting back on track faster if such shenanigans happen again.

The same problem, but the keybind is correct and i can open the comm menù..
