I received the throttle and collective I ordered on August 3rd, but they refused to exchange or refund.

Does this look like a new product?

Mine does not look like that but it could still be something from the production process.

Are there any real problems with it?

To be honest. Those hand made cars back in the 50/60/70s weren't exactly identical too.

hey @Haunting_Software744, i know it can be a very frustrating feeling, when you think you received a bad unit. when looking at the pictures you provided, i cant see anything indicating the unit is 'used' though. those stains on the metal levers are most probably from the casting process.

personally, i would suggest to test the unit thoroughly, and if everything works perfectly, there should be no reason to worry. enjoy your new toy and have fun
