Petrovich does not select any target.

Is anyone having problems selecting targets for the gunner? I can make him search for targets, but when the list appear I cannot select the target I want neither select a new one, the cursor does not move up or down, and I cannot select any target. I tried the controls, both on stick and keyboard, no changes. Any idea?

It happened to me just yesterday. I figured I had forgotten to enable something sight-related. After I switched it on, I was able to select a target.

I can't remember exactly which switch it was, but it's one of these, for sure:

No, those switches affect only pilot side sight, they have no effect on CPG and Raduga.

Stratos, yeah, it sounds stupid, but did you check bindings?

No stupid at all, but yes, tried both the stick, and the keyboard, neither one does nothing.

Post track file, on my end it makes no difference where those switches are

Gunner or CPG? In the title is Petrovich so I think you wrote about CPG. Gunner is inside with KORD machine gun (you need to add him in ME) but it has separate menu as well. About CPG, no any issue however you need to remember about good angle to target and wait a little (usually 3-15 seconds). Pressing „D” (or right short click on the Petrovich command button) you accept a target and can give order for fire weapons (9M114 for example).

OK, I'll try again, then. Maybe I'll be able to reproduce the symptom, intentionally this time.

In my test, I kept all those switches down (sight is OFF), Petrovich was able to find targets, I was able to select target, when I positioned helicopter I would get tone and I was able to tell Petrovich to fire

The only switches that should matter for this that you highlighted are the switch on the top right of the weapons panel to turn sight on, and the switch on bottom left of the sight (AUTO) to be able to see where the periscope is looking. 
 

The switch above it (“SYNC/ASYNC”) is not implemented in DCS

Petro should work regardless as Miki noted. But that’s the bare minimum to see where Petro is targeting and prosecute an attack

Petrovich, see screenshot, I cannot select the target or move that menu up or down, even erased all the controls related and reassigned. Nothing.

Probably some corupted file. Run full repair.
