F14 replay track jester menu stuck in the middle of the screen

Dear all 

Since the latest update of 2.9 track seems to be much better when we replay them but I still have an issue. When I use the F14 all are going well on the replay but after a while the jester wheel is open. My action was done correctly but the menu remain open the track continue as it's supposed to be but with the jester wheel open . I am the only one who have this kind of issue ? 

 

I use it with Track IR and I switch on my hotas to open and close the menu

I bet the interface requires head movement to make the correct selection to make the menu go away. If you use a keybind to make a selection in the menu instead it will probably not get jammed up in the replay.

Here is my workaround, as the one mentioned by @draconus does not work for me.

Open the file named 1Camera.lua, located in:

C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Config\MonitorSetup (if your installation path is the same as mine - default)

Note, you need to use administrator access for this file.

Add the following section at the bottom of the file:

F14_JESTER_MENU =
{
	x = 0;
	y = 0;
	width = 1;
	height = 1;
}

Restart DCS and the Jester menu is gone from replays! (you must use width and height of 1 as 0 is ignored)

To bring it back on to your next flight just remove this added section or use width=0, height=0 and this will revert to the default menu size.

Hope that helps.. it enabled me to get my great screenshots!

Does this also disable the menu from general use, or does it only affect replay tracks?

It affects the menu everywhere, but can be easily changes as mentioned.
