Paco's terminology - what is "mil" power?

Does he mean full thrust without A/B?

Because the Tomcat throttle is labelled "MIL" at about half travel, and full dry thrust is "MAX".  This seems too weak for the maneuvers suggested. Just making sure I'm doing it right.

Yes, mil power is always max without afterburner

He’ll refer to full burner as ‘gate’ later in the campaign. Mil power is full power without burners.
