Hydraulic system modelling. All the other stuff in "Bugs and Problems" section that is marked as Reported, Investigating, WiP. Maybe even something out of Wish list section, like wheel chocks. All of that. 1

This...not to mention upgraded canopy reflections like the mustang has among others and a fix for the gear breaking on repair. Still my favorite module by a longshot online and offline, but it could definitely see some love for some of the issues [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
grafspee Posted March 8 Posted March 8 It is obvious that this small ww2 team struggle to maintain ww2 fleet up to date. System specs: I7 14700KF, Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite, 64GB DDR4 3600MHz, Gigabyte RTX 4090,Win 11, 48" OLED LG TV + 42" LG LED monitor

I don't know if it is just me, but I find the suspension struts too frail. You cannot land with speed above 100 knots. It will bounce and break the struts (usually the left one), Watching some videos of the Thunderbolt landing in WWII, it seems to be very sturdy, they really let it fall to the ground without much trouble. Edit: I may be confusing it with the Corsair. Saw some videos of Corsairs landing on a island runway, they've just cut the throttle and let it fall. On the other hand, the training videos on the -47 show them landing very lightly on the runway. Edited March 11 by SloppyDog

It is navy fighter designed for hard and difficult landings on carrier deck. It is totally possible that DCS P-47 landing struts are modeled too weak, but there is probably no way to proof that. So it is only up to ED if they conclude that model is right we will have to land P-47 very gentle. 1 System specs: I7 14700KF, Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite, 64GB DDR4 3600MHz, Gigabyte RTX 4090,Win 11, 48" OLED LG TV + 42" LG LED monitor
Cgjunk2 Posted September 20 Posted September 20 Just curious if oil dilutions is working yet, and if force feedback is modeled throughout the flight envelope.

VIKBELL Posted November 1 Posted November 1 Ever since the p-47 came out I have continued to fly it. 2 There are 2 categories of fighter pilots: those who have performed, and those who someday will perform, a magnificent defensive break turn toward a bug on the canopy. Robert Shaw

Reflected Posted Friday at 11:19 AM Posted Friday at 11:19 AM Oh yes, the P-47 and the Spit are the best warbird models in any sim I've ever flown. I just love the Jug. 3 Facebook Instagram YouTube Discord
NIAGARA MOHAWK Posted Friday at 03:07 PM Posted Friday at 03:07 PM Copy Check on that Reflected, on a side note : So when is your next Jug Ground pounding Campaign ? but this time they are based across the pond in France ? No long channel crossings, shorter flights giving more time for targeted missions and RTB and onto the next mission .. I recall you once said someone else ( ?????? ) is Doing a remake of " Hell Hawks " for DCS , any new info on that Project ? Inquiring Minds want to Know .. Thanks for your Work .. 3

Not a remake, but a prequel. Same unit but in Normandy. I haven't heard anything about it. Since the announcement. I just started on the original campaign. And it feels nice given the limited abilities of that other sim. 1 i7 13700k @5.2ghz, GTX 3090, 64Gig ram 4800mhz DDR5, M2 drive.

_Hoss Posted Friday at 06:30 PM Posted Friday at 06:30 PM When it's not broken, in one form or another, it's my favorite go-to aircraft. Getting my HOTAS software keyboard emulation programming to work is a royal pain in the arse. They always seem to break it every time they upgrade or release some other module. I wish they would end the Open Beta and close the Open Beta MP servers. Sempre Fortis

Unless i misunderstood you : my HOTAS / KEYBOARD bindings have never been corrupted by their updates , but i am using VIRPIL equipment .. works every time .. but as a backup just in case, i save a copy of the config/ bindings folder to my desktop in case of a corruption then just copy and paste the backup back into the main DCS folders = that should bring them all back ? this references SP not MP ..
