Downloaded latest patch and on launch of DCS cant get back splash screed....  Crashes to Desktop!!

If you bought the F4 from Heatblur directly, make sure you activate the licence key in your ED account profile.

No Phantom in the Modulemanager for me either.

After the update is done ( it took me about 25 min) - you will get the red dot on the module management button. Then this will appear.

Looking forward to this, had the pleasure of a fair few twin stick trainer flights from Wittmundhafen with FW71 back in the early 2000's whilst on exchange!  A handful at low speed and high AoA but a beautiful aircraft to fly!

Always, always, always, remember, remember, remember:

1. Uninstall all mods
2. Clean (twice if you insist)
3. Repair (All files will do)
4. Clean the fxo and metashader2

Take it as a routine before you click that update button.

worked for me, opening a powershell on bin folder and paste ".\DCS_updater.exe install HEATBLUR_F-4E"

Anyway, instead of a full repair you may try to use dcs_updater at a command prompt instead. The ID for the module is HEATBLUR_F-4E
