dlc's missing

I'm not sure where to put this, but I get up this message when start the sim: 

"Authorization is valid for 2d 23h 58m

The following DLCs are not authorized and will be 
disabled:
F-15E Suite 4+
M-2000C"

These flights are also missing in the sim now. Whats going on?

Check your antivirus quarantine file.  Likely a .dll file for each of them in there.

Grow a big pair of balls, exclude the DCS folder (or only the files that cause your AV to trip if you have small balls) from the AV scan and move on.

How about an serious solution or answer from dev? This is something that more people than only me have problem with in THIS game. And its not because a mod or something. I have only dovnloaded the Kiowa lately.

Hi 

many Antivirus / security software do not like Protection which we use as an anti-tampering system, it can produce false positives. 

Personal security is important so if you are not happy you should submit the file for inspection so your provider can add it to their whitelists. 

Often people will add DCS to the exemption lists from scans to mitigate these false positives, once you do running a repair of DCS should allow you to use them again.

Thanks Bignewy. I would normally not care so very much about it but when I got into the game, the two modules I did mention was not there. They are back now after repair, so I hope they will not dissephear again. Was afraid it was a real harmfull virus at first.

Ok. I just tryed the sim again and the two modules are gone again. Same message this time too

did you add DCS folder to your antivirus exceptions first? 

once you have done that run a repair and you should be good to go.

Edit: Ok. I did what you told. It was 4 of them (DCS)

I deleted the modules (before your answer) and made a repair after. Now I have got another virus warning more "PUA:Win32/Vigua.A" added to the old one PUA:Win32/GameHack

The problem is the same. I guess I need to delete the two modules permanently...

The problem is the same. I guess I need to delete the two modules permanently...

Why? You don't have viruses, only false positives. Exclude the DCS core install folders, do a repair and you're all set. There are numerous post and threads about it. DCS will even load faster for you.

Why?

I tell you why. When i start the game I get up this message:

So then I have to press OK for to be able to start the game. Then the modules are not DLCs ofcause. So it is NOT a "false virus" A false viruse dont infeckt the files do they?

Your files are not infected. Your AV just detects it as a virus (even low risk!!).
Like MAX said, there are numerous posts and threads about these false positives here in the forum. Never did i read that one of these false positives turned out to be a true positive.

Just exclude your entire DCS folder (or the Mods/Aircrafts folder) from your AV scan, run a repair (to replace the quarantined files) and you're all set (or stay scared).

I'm not scared. What a stupied thing to say. I try to be serious here! 

I only whant to know why I cant use this dlc's anymore. And yes, I have done all the advices given here with repair etc.

I'm trying to be constructive here, while it seems you have not been able to exclude the Eagle Dynamics DCS core folders from your AV solution, as it constantly flags files and quarantines them. That said, some AV solutions are trickier than others, so unless you're already using Windows Defender I suggest you uninstall whatever other solutions you have and start using Defender.
And of course you need to do a repair after the exclusions are in place.

Then you don't exclude DCS the correct way because if excluded it from the AV check and run a repair to get those quarantined files back, nothing DCS related should come up.

I'm too old, they won't grow any more .  Practically, I don't give a s*** if I get hacked on a gaming rig. Actually, would be kinda fun to do some blue team stuff... with the help of some pro's of course, lol.  What gets me is the arrogance of some companies. I have four options in Defender: "Block the threat", "quarantine", "remove" and at last "acsept on the computer". The only thing I have not tryed is the last option.

No, you want to exclude the whole drive path Eagle Dynamics DCS folders.
(And the firewall is not the Anti-Virus solution) . Not at my computer. @silverdevil could you post that screen shot of yours?

No !!!

Don't worry about the scan skipping stuff, if a real virus would reside on your computer, it will 99,99999999999999999% not originate from one of those files your AV found in your DCS folder.

You mentioned you are using Windows Defender.

For Windows 11:
- Start: type Settings in the search bar, select Settings (System)
- Go Privacy & Security
- Go Windows Security
- Go Virus & threat protection
- Under "Virus & threat protection settings" select "Manage settings"
- Scroll down to Exclusions and select "Add or remove exclusions"
