I have been thinking it would be nice if CE had single-seat,now it comes! But I don't think it should be charged additionally.

Work continues on the flight model and R-2800-8W engine performance.
Well...The development time of F6F will be one-fifth of F4U's.

work continues on our other two unannounced modules.
F-8J and Su-17?

F-8J was anounced from years ago, but now, missing?

F-8J hasn't been announced officially by ED.

I hope you guys are not going to migrate the 21bis 75AP into a 75A and delete the former. Or is that MiG-21 will be an update just like Heatblur gave the F-14A after the B?

Heatblur A-6 has no official module by ED but Heablur was claimed as a future confirmed module. Meanwhile M3 has put development reports from April 2019 as a confirmed module.

Surely the F-8J has not been "gone" by M3.

Of course I knew M3 has been developing F-8J but ED hasn't confirmed that it would be a DCS module.

As other 3rd party modules, dont start to turn on circles.
He's not going in circles. You are completely missing his point. The F-8 has not been confirmed in a "newsletter" or similar by ED. 'Sgot nothing to do with how HB are managing their things.

I once had the same thought as you until IndiaFoxtEcho announced G.91R on June 2nd 2021 but ED announced it again on September 23rd 2022.

No go to change my point, period.
Oh, 'C'mon! Stop being so sulky my friend. Have you ever considered why you often end up in arguing circles and fruitless discussions?
If people misunderstand one another, it's usually up to oneself to solve it/communicate better. Lost in translation in an international (English) forum can be a real PITA for us non-native English speakers. Have a beer and ponder for a while.
Have a great new week, cheers!

I'm perplexed,  we don't give users an update, there's worry and frustration.   We give an update, there's worry and frustration.

As I said on Reddit...This is DCS development for all parties involved. Has no one learned about expectations? Unless users paid for a product not released, just enjoy the eye candy and carry on.

Nice to see an update about older modules.

It would be very appreciated to see a Mig-21 "2" after CE1. I would pay an extra to see a revamped Mig-21 with another bonus variant like a MF or better... a PFM

You shouldn't be... sadly these days that's a common place to find oneself. It seems nobody's happy with anything they have or get, everything is bad or not enough, everything is wrong... apparently they can't be happy with anything they have at all, when they don't have what they want it's the horror, when they have what they want it's the horror... how to cope with those fellahs ever unhappy with everything... I wouldn't know my friend... It seems it has to be like that in these post-modern times, but sincerely, I hate the attitude of the ever unhappy and ever unable to enjoy anything in life no matter what. In the meantime, just keep the good work going on and try to release the best you can. At least we expecting the module since long ago will be happy, and even dare say we are!! even though those will be unhappy hearing somebody can be happy with simple (not so simple when it comes to DCS modules, yeah) things in life  .

+1 … I dislike those folks a lot, and the worst cases go straight to my ignore list … but I do realize that a developer can’t do that and ignore potential customers 🙂

Big difference between the two. Worry and frustration caused by a vacuum of information is completely different from worry and frustration based on what information you do provide.

Ehmmm, not really, "worry and frustration no matter what" should be treated by psychologists, not by us here at ED forums, even less by third party developers just doing their jobs mate. The source of that everworry&frustration doesn't really matter, that source or sources whatever they are is what's in desperate need of treatment. And I'm not kidding about that.

I'm not talking about people who are perpetually upset, like you said there's no point engaging with people like that. I'm making a distinction between people being upset by a near constant vacuum of information and people being upset by information being provided.

Yep, of course, speaking "literally", there's a distinction. Speaking of the practical outcome, both situations seems to be a source to the everworriness affecting some people, which is a nonsense. How on Earth can someone be worried by something and then again the exact opposite? Beats me.
