I'm very sorry about that. The programmer for tpod is too busy to take care of it. I will try to read the code and fix it later.

please let me finish some missing aa function first

Hi, besides WMD-7 Targeting pod not working, it turns out it can't locate enemies properly in Dogfire either?
When do you plan to fix this mess?

Whats your discord? I'd like to see the problems you are having. I may be able to help you understand them. The WMD7 works fine, but like all pods some times can be very temperamental.

Please look in the forum already. they released a Hotfix for manual install to fix the Radar and HUD issues.

WMD-7 is finnicky I personally haven't experienced much of the issues people claim to so I wonder if there's any Mod/External factors people are experiencing conflicts with.

I second that. I’ve tried it yesterday and it behaved adequately.

Hi, did you manage to lock a ground target? Were you able to ground stabilise the camera and select targets? I posted a Miz file in the link above, no mods, and the WMD behaved inconsistently from a cold start. 

I will retest after work and see how it acts. I'll post the findings here.

Never had any mods, still had issues with the pod. Do a few hard rudder inputs or pretend you're dodging an SA-15. Pod loses target - normal, gyros can't keep up. Pod can't reslave back to target even though target coords are still in memory - not normal. Also the pod should be stabilized in short range in the rear hemisphere, not what it is now.

I tested the WMD7 tonight and it worked (although its still not remaining completely locked to the ground). I will need further tests, as I said it was my experience when last tested that it sometimes worked.

I don't know if this bug was fixed in the last update (I doubt it, since nothing was mentioned). But it seems to be something that happens kinda "randomly". It doesn't happen every single time you fly, it's something that happens once in a while. This is probably why it's to hard to identify this bug.

And it has nothing to do with mods or crazy manuevers, cause it happens even having the smoothest flight.

I haven't noticed the bug lately... but on the other hand I kinda have been avoiding using the Jeff because of this frustrating thing. I will try to fly more often and I will report it here in video if and when it happens again. 😃

I don't fly it much; I usually fly it in AA, but the few times I've used the pod, it's always been impossible. Initially it works, but after a while, when you make a turn it no longer points correctly

And the HUD in vertical scanning with the PL-5 also incorrectly points to the enemy; I have to zoom in as far as I can to really see where they are.

It is still happening and it happens consistently, in multiplayer at least.

Works perfectly until the first pass and then gets a mind of its own, after which it turns into additional drag device, but unlike the "bags" it can't be jettisoned.

mostly fine in SP while very poor in MP?

I should be able to take a look at this later Aug. A few corner issue for AA first during summer

 It happens in SP also - I've just checked.
It seems to be triggered by either a bomb exploding or the target being destroyed. If you just fly circles above the target without engaging it, the pod stays perfectly still even if the laser starts firing. However, as soon as the "trigger" happens, the pod goes crazy and starts snapping to random locations. Having the ground radar on or off makes no difference either.
