If the Targeting Pod is on the right wing is it best to go counterclockwise or clockwise to search out targets? I have forgotten and getting back in A-10 on Afghan. Thanks.

I go clockwise to give the TGP the best chance to stay on target, Mover said it was one of his few criticisms of the Viper that tthe TGP was on the right, not the left (counter intuitive stick movement)

If you're in the wheel, clockwise (right turns).  If you're offset, counterclockwise (left turns).

You'll typically want to put the targets on the same side as the TGP. So with the TGP on station 10 under the right wing, put the targets roughly at your 3 o'clock position and orbit around that area (obstacles and enemies permitting, obviously 😄) with a bit of right bank, indeed resulting in a clockwise turn.

Thanks for your time with replies. Thought so was not sure. I have some work to do not easy for me to fly and stick head in TGP MFD lol.

Thanks for a complete explanation.
