ATC Comms are broken. AF and Carrier

I play MP only and I've experienced this on Caucasus, Syria, marianas, and sinai. ATC comms do not work... at all. ATC does not respond. Also, runway lights will NOT turn on at night until AFTER you land or AFTER you take off. I guess the "average dcs player" doesnt survive long enough to land right?  Naval ATC comms work, but they over lap with the pilots response and are bugged. Im not uploading a track file, multiple players have experienced this. Fix your game.

2.9.9 still not fixed this noncommunicate ATC problem.
It is only about to light up RWY in IMC condition.

ED may I ask why ATC coms work perfectly in SP but in MP its non existing? Frustrating to say the least.
