@Flappie No it is not working at all. Game completely stopped working at my last 5 try. COCKPITS DON'T LOAD 

If I don't kill the process via task manager, my pc gets locked up as well.

I think we've found the cause. The fix is being tested internally. Many thanks to @Flappie for the dedication, methodical testing and very quick feedback!

It looks like my game still gets stuck on the same situation, spawning objects. Especially F-4E is hard to get working. The same .dll loading issue where it gets stuck, according to log.

Hello,

I have the same issue with game stuck at Spawn Objects, I don't get the issue when I use the 2 default aircraft (su25 &p51) but i get it when starting a mission with Mirage F1 ou F14

tried to add the autoexec.cfg, didn't fix it
tried repair build, cleanup  didn't fix it
installed latest DCS update (2.9.12.53360)
installed latest nvidia driver (572.16)

No, it doesn't work. Loaded DCS today, and for the very 1st time loading some custom simple mission (to test F-4E), the game got stuck again for cca 4 minutes on Spawn objects.

So that "no_device_hotplug = true" doesn't really work.

Yeah, same here. It loads but it takes 5min or so to get to cockpit.

at least you can reach to cockpit. 

today I have uninstalled and removed all files of this game. Then re-installed again. At first it worked with t51. then i installed my planes and it didn't work again.

My PC also get locks up during this spawn object thing

For me game is over. I will switch to msfs and other fligh sims units it is solved.

I get your bitterness towards DCS currently, but yes, of course you will be asked those questions.  In your case they aren't likely going to help, but in at least 50% (or more) of the cases they get it's probably the cause, so rather than chasing a phantom issue that doesn't exist because they didn't ask those questions they check for basic issues.  I've seen too many threads on here that go on for pages before they're solved because no one asked the simple question ("do you have the supercarrier module installed?") and are assuming it's a mod conflict or something that's causing the carrier not to show up.

I did fresh windows install (from different reasons than dcs) but still decided to start from clean and downloaded the game and modules from the scratch.

Supercarrier module here uninstalled, tried with few mods (uh-60l & t-45) and without and no difference. Pagefile set to 32gb. Antivirus exclusions set to both saved games and the main install.

Specs: Win 11 pro, Ryzen 5800x3d, 64gb ram and rtx4070. Dcs installed to same m.2 drive with windows. Orion2 hotas.

@Blinde Can you please zip your "Saved Games/DCS.../Config/Input" folder and send it to me in MP? I'd like to check your issue does not revolve around .diff.lua files like it was for me.

Thank you, @Blinde. I see you don't have any duplicate Lua files under your Input folder.

The issue is somewhere else, at least for you and ebabil. The issue is reported internally. I hope devs will soon find what's happening.

One dev says he found a workaround. Can you please test it? First ensure device hotplug detection is enabled. Then, when the issue happens, unplug any USB device (even one that is not related to DCS) and plug it back. Does it help?

Okay, I will try that. Just to be sure, do you mean to close the game, then unplug or during the game?

Anyone has any progress in this after the last patch? My loading times as being stuck in 'spawn objects' is maybe a bit shortened but still it takes time.

Since last major update - In Multiplayer after entering server, choosing side then attempting to choose a plane slot the game crashes to desktop. No Log is found.

Second and third attempts usually successful after waiting for a few minutes to 15 minutes.

I have no mods

Tried full repair

No log for the crash is found in User/Saved Games/DCS/logs 

No prompt to send crash report appears either.

Ryzen 7 7800; GTX 4070; 32 GB RAM; Monitor 27" 1440p
