I agree that complaining about textures 'doesn't make it worth a look' however it's always useful to check a variety of reviews, especially for those people 'on the fence' about purchasing it.

The author was kind enough to say they might not know what they are talking about. There are differing perspectives on this subect on youtube, including from people who have actually flown a C-130.

It's just the 1st release and I'd be surpised to see it perfect. There will definetely follow further releases.

As many in the comments on the first video says. This is just rage bate. All reviews are of course personal opinions to some degree. But that guy states falsehood. Claiming its basically the same as the free mod etc.

I watched this earlier, the guy is just offering a negative viewpoint to get views, it’s definitely rage bait. 
 

Also his camera work is rage inducing by itself.

Sure, I agree, it's important to look at different people's opinion on it.

However, when I watch a review, I expect a review of the full product of all different aspects, in this case graphics, flight model, system modeling etc.

This guy only rants about textures and a bit of flight model of which he has no idea of (me neither, to be fair).

So for me this does not qualify as a review but more as a 20 minute rant about the same thing over and over again.

This video makes me laugh. We totally could've made the rivets 8k so they'd be crystal clear, and it probably would've looked awesome for people with 32 GB of vram. Everyone else would not be able to run the plane.
