Good news, hope future will be also good as these news are now :D

Reminder: Fighter pilots make movies. Bomber pilots make... HISTORY! :D | Also to be remembered: FRENCH TANKS HAVE ONE GEAR FORWARD AND FIVE BACKWARD :D

Maybe DCS could contract out a few projects to this crew. It might put both ahead of the development curve. Imagine having the A10C by Spring, and the Apache Longbow/KA52 by year's end (as an example). I may be dreaming, but it's a fun dream. :D

The Longbow and the 52 WILL NOT happen for a long time.

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.

you're right Joey. They won't happen for quite a while under the current methodology. But perhaps a little creative thinking outside that methodology box might do wonders for the time table. I know. It's highly improbable.

I'd seriously be VERY happy with an AH-64 A apache. It's fun visually finding and ID'ing targets, I enjoy the visual experience personally to the blips on a radar screen. Maybe it's my WWII fanboy ism who knows ;).

The A-10 has been a "wet dream" of mine for years so when it does drop...well I can't officially say without being arrested in 27 countries what I'll do ;).

I have a laundry list like anybody of planes I'd like, but I'll be happy with whatever DCS gives me. All signs point to fanboy, but I deep down honestly enjoy their product. $39.99 US for the hours of entertainment it affords me...unheard for me.

Wow I realized I was way off topic there...I'm definitely excited to see what these boys will whip up though (aces team). I hope more combat or logistical operations (military transport/logistics) will be factored in.

YES! YES! YES! YES! YESSSSS!

Very good news.

Ill admit, I had some issues with FSX in the past, but it was really due to my own hardware limitations.

I had some hardware upgrades recently, and now I cant get enough FSX. With the right addons, its just spectacular.

Im thrilled to hear the aces are back! :)

Dont let the smell get to ya...............

Their systems will be declassified in about 30 years, and then you can have at it ;)

I'd like to see DCS develop the series to where a war of the period could be fought with weapons of the period. Hinds, and Apache-As cruising the battle line looking for prey. Imagine the fun of that!

edit: yeah it sounds like a late 80s scenario, but that's cool. WWII is still be mightily represented in the sim world.

Wow I just won an ipod nano 8gb. I never really wanted one, but free is free, except for buying songs. Cool thing records video too. ;)

anyway if you have Quicktime loaded on your pc I'd say give it a shot for transferring files from your mac-to-your-ipod-to-your-pc. I think you have to have itunes software on both though. Have at it!!!!:D
