weasel75 Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 (edited) Have to admit, Frazer with his solo and the Double-Dutch-Display-Team were *really* awesome. Frazer for his control of the aircraft (partially just riding on one AB, doing weird things that close to the ground), and the double-Dutch for their consequent and almost (IMHO) perfect synchronized flying (and soooo close all the time, nice touch also with the smoke-colors). Salute! PS: Ooops, of course all the other teams are beyond anything I could display :) .... a strong competition! Edited December 4, 2009 by weasel75 Forgot all the others! basic for translators ...
EtherealN Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 Give that man a plane with fully articulated thrust vectoring. TimA Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 I seem to have lost the feed again too :( Shame! Did anyone catch the Berkuts? Absolutely astounding, one of the best things I've seen in this area.
Sharkster64 Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 Just watching now with the Blue Angels performing and I have to say, those guys got some skills. Thanks for posting this thread. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Call Sign: Warhammer
SVK_Fox Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 also watching, for me was the start of the BA overly preciously. But it is part of the show. To organizators.....my big respect.
Tango Posted December 6, 2009 Posted December 6, 2009 Almost missed it! :( Will tune in today! Best regards, Tango.
Tango Posted December 6, 2009 Posted December 6, 2009 What the hell? Frazer crashed! At least I don't need to worry about my flying now! :P Anyone see what happened? I tuned in just in time to see it land inverted. Best regards, Tango.
EtherealN Posted December 6, 2009 Posted December 6, 2009 If it was the end of his display it might have been on purpose. I've heard rumors about him taking enjoyment in finding inspired ways of crashing that thing at the end of the displays. :P (F.ex, I believe the display video of his downloadable from digitalcombatsimulator.com was apparently recorded from a track file and taken over by EB (or was it JimMack?) right before the end to ensure that he didn't crash it in the recording they were going to put up on the site. :P ) (EDIT: And dammit... I missed the start of todays show then...)
