In BS, which Key do you use for TeamSpeak (other other chat program)?

I use they 'Scroll Key' for my TeamSpeak in Black Shark.

I just wondered, it appears sometimes using a key may affect commands, and the key I chose does not seem to hurt any other command functions in BS.

Smart thinking Ramstein.

I'm using CapsLock, which doesn't interrupt anything, but when I communicate via both TS and in game chat, you can see me writing one sentence with small letters, and the other with caps on.

So, if it's not copyrighted by you I will probably switch to Scroll key. ;)

Scoll lock for flight comms, alt+scroll lock for package comms. I've always used that combination in any sim I've flown, never had a conflict issue yet.

I've also been using Caps Lock for years on end now. It is well suited since it is near the left-hand position on the keyboard and thus very reachable. I've been experimenting with other keys and actually tried scroll lock and while that works very well for simming, it does not work very well for regular voice-chatting with friends or fps/rts-type games. I always ended up reverting to caps lock all the time so I figure why even bother. People don't mind me typing all caps anymore anyway ;)

Middle mouse button: Talk to people in channel. Scroll lock: broadcast

Since I have a HOTAS, the first thing I did was unbind the axis keys. This freed up the Z,X, and arrow keys for Comms and Track IR controls.

Brilliant! I've run out of keys for FRAPS, TS, TrackIR, so I think I'll go this route. My solution up until now was keypad / for TS.

I have always used the middle mouse button. Though I used to play alot of first person shooters that were obviously mouse heavy. Now that I'm playing flight sims alot maybee I should rethink that stratagy since I have to look down and locate my mouse and take my hands off the stick. Many times I have crashed trying to voice chat............

I just recently assigned it to button B on my X-52. Works well enough for me. I would like to use the "i" key on my throttle... But it won't allow me to assign it as a regular button. Booo.

I have my 'i' key mapped on my x52Pro, you have to turn off 'clutch mode' by opening the control panel (right click on Saitek icon in taskbar) then on the MFD tab de-select 'Clutch mode' then you can assign it in programming software.

Hope this helps
