My only concern is, what if dm does make whole components at some point in the future, would I be able to purchase it without the knobs or ship them back. It would be easier to get a complete working component already put together... But those knobs do look very nice.

I am not sure I looked at putting them on Shapway. I have casted knobs in the past. I would need to remold my knobs to sell any.It would all depend on the demand.

I'd be interested in the Shapeway option for sure.

Please let us know if that happens.

CNCs and Laser engravers are great but they can't do squat with out a precise set of plans.

Fotki.com are running "fotobucket victim" campain. They did drop their free/ad sponsored hosting plan long time ago, but still have a very reasonable pricing I think -24$ per year (I purchased several years in advance). Unlike many others they host full sized images.

I'm with them for over 10 years now, things been mostly reliable, my motorcycling days pictures are still up and visible on the bike forums I used to frequent:

imgur has been pretty much the best free image hosting site for years now, just keep your pic collection under 400 before starting another account or you start losing pics unless you pay but still appears the best for functionally embedding pics in threads across multiple forum formats where others fail or have drawbacks that make what you are trying to share less convenient to for your audience...

Well lets try Imgur out, Yes I have cut up an A-10A MIP to convert it to an A01C model

HIum thought this was easy drop and dragged it to their sight copied where it said to copy and time for pizza and beer

Click the 'insert image' icon and paste the link in there (use imgur 'direct link' or manually add .jpg) oMgb5Hz.jpg
