Yskonyn Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 Still waiting for mine. I got a follow-up email from SimW that it will be dispatched as soon as its available (5-10 days) and that was more than 10 days ago, so I guess it was just a generic message... Don't get me wrong, SimW has replied to all my inquiries so far, they only can't give any details I would like... I guess its just wait and see. Hopefully it'll still be in time for my birthday (beginning of december). Steel Jaw Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 Ya know, the more I read about how good the Warthog is, the more INFURIATED I get about how TM RIPPED ME OFF with the inferior Cougar. I have had all kinds of troubles with it that should never have been if parts and manufacturing were of a quality comensurate with the price. Callsign.Vega Posted November 17, 2010 Posted November 17, 2010 Wrong. When I bought the Cougar in 2002 it was $550 US. Then you got bent over backwards and dominated? The Cougar released in 2002 with a MSRP of $299. Then it quickly dropped down to MSRP $249 and had the street prices of ~$199 for years. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/thrustmaster-hotas-cougar,458.html GPU: RTX 4090 - 3,000 MHz core / 12,000 MHz VRAM. It is built to last, and many years will have to pass before a competitor dares to bring out a peripheral that offers this sort of value for money" Tomshardwre.
