Now you just need art on your door....

On my way searching the "usual" sources and off to the Gimp-Shop doing some paintwork... just noticed this after doing my first testflight and wanted to spread the good news.

Honestly I was waiting for this to come since Beta 2 ;)

Done! See first post.

...there is room for improvement, I know, but it's the first I've made :music_whistling:

Heh, I was just doing my first flying around with the new patch, and noticed the ladder. I had landed, taxied off the runway and I opened my canopy. When I came to a stop at an intersection I noticed the ladder was extended! Cool!

It seems for now the ladder extends when the canopy is open and the plane is not moving. Change either of those and the ladder retracts.

This patch is really awesome! (also my AI wingbuddies are doing much better, JTAC is working smoother now, and those shadows... Ohhh! )

Still, these won't show in multiplayer, correct? The art, I mean?

Well, every patch something changes for the good or bad, I made a custom skin for someone with custom door art, and for the life of me the stow boarding ladder flap/door will not open at all now in 1.1.1.0. Yes I have tried rearming, ground power, repairing, refueling, etc, no-go. Any suggestions?

Press the button in the cockpit to lower the boarding ladder. The switch was implemented in 1.1.0.9 iirc. To raise the ladder again you need to request the ground crew stow via the radio menu.
