LcSummers Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 (edited) Hello ED Team, i know you have much to do and maybe no time for such stupid questions but as i love your sim and want to go on with learning it, i wanted to know if there will be a hotfix esp. with those engine shutdowns when rearming or taxiing? Maybe a little statement yes or no why.... If not, no problem but then i want to know if its possible to revert to the old patch to 1.1.0.9 because it was stable for me. Thank you for any statement and help A-10C lover:smilewink: LC Edited November 17, 2011 by LcSummers

LostOblivion Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 Also, sometimes, ground crew will not re-arm, until right after you have started moving, they re-arm and say "Hey! What are you..." all at the same time. Like if there is a bugged boolean check somewhere... Nice plane on that gun... OS764 P930@4 MBUD3R M6GB G5870 SSDX25 CAntec1200 HTMHW

msalama Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 ILS FPS lost (if confirmed) This bug mightn't affect everyone, but I'm surely not the only one either - and my wife says I may be borderline, but still not ENTIRELY mental. So yah, it's confirmed ;) The DCS Mi-8MTV2. The best aviational BBW experience you could ever dream of.

kylania Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 I hope this little patch doesn't overwrite all my mods. You should always install mods via a program like JSGME or ModMan or something. Then you never have to worry about them being overwritten, just uninstall them, patch, reinstall, enjoy! WynnTTr Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 Modman is agreat tool. Makes mods easy, man.

Then you never have to worry about them being overwritten, just uninstall them, patch, reinstall, enjoy! Not all the mods out there are modman compatible, not to mention how useful it is to know what/where the mods are going and doing.;) If you are organized it is still easy without modman. Mohamengina Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 Stability is definitely a core issue for me. I can't play multiplayer without a constant CTD.

Dejjvid Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 Does ED have some kind of crash trace tool they use for debugging? With this kind of community. I think it's a very good idea to let us install one if it exists. That way you guys get the reports you need, and in a format you prefer. It's a win-win. Personally i haven't had any crashes at all since that lovely CBU bug in beta. But i know the frustration the ones affected feel. i7 8700K | GTX 1080 Ti | 32GB RAM | 500GB M.2 SSD | TIR5 w/ Trackclip Pro | TM Hotas Warthog | Saitek Pro Flight Rudder [sigpic]http://www.132virtualwing.org[/sigpic]
sobek Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 Does ED have some kind of crash trace tool they use for debugging? I think that the crashlogs that the sim creates together with a track are sufficient for the devs to pinpoint the error 90% of the time. Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two. Come let's eat grandpa!
