I think they are small scenarios a part the afghanistan with little opportunity to recreate historical events ... for me the ideal would be the Mediterranean with all the countries bordering on it ... but it is a huge job and I doubt that an individual has a chance to do it!

I´d really hope that with so many news of developers and 3D partys, we´ll see new maps soon for DCS:World.

I don´t care what country or area is, but finally we can leave the Caucasus for a while.

I wouldn't mind canada actually, lost of nice mountains to fly through. Might take a while though.

 

I thought about doing the West Coast (British Columbia), but it really depends on what we get for tools and what kind of work load it would in tale, I mean we have ALOT of trees here :)

With all these new aircraft coming into DCS World a bigger map space is going to be essential, I would like to see the south opened up Azerbaijan, Turkey, Iraq, Afghanistan to the Arabian Sea.

 

Having a bigger area adds to the immersion, I would like 3 - 4 hour sorties deep strike missions and so on. :)

I know its been discussed before and probably by ED / TFC but the sale's figures would hit the roof if a current map scenario was available

The thought of flying into RAF Akrotiri has just made me gag, hours spent guarding that place as a young soldier lol :)

I would vote for the Balkan theater, but you aren't put it in the list. Only Greece is probably too small. The Mediterranean is probably too big ... So my choice to buy teather, would be probably Eddie middle image.
