Hey reactor, can you tell me where you ordered the PVC?

Hog - you can get the PVC at most sign shops. It's a common sign making material.

Most of the sign shops here in Berlin seem to use acrylic sheeting. I'll check around some more, but looks like I may need to order from online.

Hog - its also commonly referred to as Sintra material. Might also try asking for that. I own a sign center in southern USA and use it everyday.

Hi Hog,

try to get it from the local hardware store (Hagebau, OBI etc..). They usually have the stuff as 3mm thick sheets and in differend colors (gray and black are probably the ones you are looking for).

Danke Stefan. I'll take a look.

@Deacon, I'll do some research with that name. Wish I was still back home in NJ sometimes so I can acquire all these materials and parts and avionics... (Although I did just get my TACAN!)

Hi,

Installation of covers on my center console.

I glued prints and laminated matt black on the RWR and engines.

I glued small strips of colors (green, yellow, red) tape, a lot of work... :music_whistling:

Wow that looks fantastic, the attention to detail really adds a lot to it.

What do you do for a living if you don't mind my asking? You seem like you have experience with this sort of thing.

Hi, Thanks a lot.

I work in advertising, but I like manual work.

whats the thickness of the front?

Hi, Thanks a lot.

This is the 6mm MDF. I did not want too big for my screen at the back of

my console was too far to see the gauges.

I will get the same "problem" because I have made up the panel so it will fit in front

a 27 "and two 7", and i need to get space so the toggle switch for the Arm panel fits.

Bought home a little different Fresnel Lenses to see if I can go up to 10-15mm,

But 6mm looks to be very good distance!:)

Hi,

I decorated my side and rear consoles with the stickers that I made at work.

It's gray and not black, as could be suggested by the photos.
