Eddie Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 Does that mean that the stand alone A10 patch is out? Yes and no. It mean the BETA A-10C (and Ka-50) module for DCS:World is available.

TurboHog Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 Having problems with importing my input settings :(.. 'Frett'
Eddie Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 Don't import your input settings from 1.1.1.1. Several things have changed including new commands that may be broken if you do.
Corrigan Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 Yes and no. It mean the BETA A-10C (and Ka-50) module for DCS:World is available. Aha, so has the list of changes in the patch thread been implemented? Also, would you say I'm better off flying my Hog in World now, or staying with the stand alone client? Thanks for clarifying. Eddie Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 Aha, so has the list of changes in the patch thread been implemented? Yes, as well as others that may not been documented. It's also possible that others changes/fixes may be incorporated before the "final" release of the DCS:World A-10C module. Also, would you say I'm better off flying my Hog in World now, or staying with the stand alone client? Thanks for clarifying. It really depends on you and how you fly, it'd be best to keep 1.1.1.1 installed especially if you fly MP. But there should be no issues flying 1.1.2.1 apart from possible compatibly issues with community missions and mods. That said, it is still a beta so if you can't handle the chance of a few problems, stick with 1.1.1.1 until the A-10C module is out of beta.
