Rearming problem

Hi guys, trying to rearm in DCS world MP with a10, p51 and BS, however when we select ground crew, option in white, then ask for anything, power, refuel, rearm etc. nothing happens. Not sure if it's something we havnt done or a bug.

 

Just wondering if anyone else come across this issue.

On the comms panel behind u,left,rotate the big knob clockwise till intercom is centre of the nearest two push buttons. Also press down the 'Int' push button. I am assuming u have the base frequency and radios on.

Friendly ground units are required at the airbase to take "Ownership" of the base to allow rearming and refuelling.

Not that case in world. The mission must be set to the friendly coalition in the mission editor.

 

And as said by joey, the rearming and refuelling menu (RALT + ') is used for rearming & refuelling from world version 1.1.2.1.

I can't get the rearming menu to work in A10c(SIM) using LALT + ' (as shown in options General) or using RALT + ' for that matter. Funnily enough in the Options->A10c(sim) arming/refuel menu isn't shown in the list, however in A10c(game), General & SU25T it is shown in the keyboard assignment list. Guess for now I'll have to rearm the ol' fashioned way by shouting down the mic to Paul.

Hmmmn now you mention it, I might of done. But only for Joystick and Throttle. Didn't for keyboard. Does this matter?

So it's not in DCS:World then?? but in DCS: A10C.

 

The only place I cannot re-arm is the FARP in DCS:W

 

and yes it is Left Alt not Right Alt, sorry.

Ahh ok guys, I see the buttons have changed, was opening up the comms menu the old way. I will try using rAlt and ' instead and see if that makes a difference.

 

 

Really need. To read the new manual again. ;)

Still works in World - base can set at neutral (This is more to do with Warehouses IIRC) and a ground unit will still allow Rearming. In fact several of the Old mission had to be edited by Matt in this way, a day or so ago.

Cheers for your help guys, been messing around with quick mission and seem to have it working both in normal comms menu and lalt '

 

Set the airfield to friendly and added suppliers.

 

That seems to work. :)

 

Now let's see if I can remember how to fly the BS after months in A10 and P51.

 

I can feel a crash coming up.. ;)

I'm with you Druid. My right nor left alt + ' doesn't work and I'm not sure if they're there... With that being said I have my old 1111 pulled over as well.

 

Any fix for that out there other than starting from scratch?

 

I don't like how I can go through the normal radio commands and they confirm and acknowledge they received the order... Then tell me they're finished but nothing changed. if they're disabling a feature I wish it were truly disabled.

Eno check these entries in the DCS saved game folder A10 modifiers file and see if you think this may be the cause. Maybe if this file was deleted and regenerated things would work.
