Liked your whiskey missions and it's good to know you didn't stop working on more.

Thanks for the comments guys. Just a few more tweaks required to get this mission to the level I desire. This includes getting the Apaches to do,as they are told. AI units just don't behave themselves sometimes!

Ok, so I think I'm almost there. Should be ready for the weekend. The latest brief is attached.

Edit: small delay, RL work is getting in the way. Just finishing off some unit sound files.

Edit2: during testing, it appears the JTAC is causing a game crash. Need to sort this one out before release.

Sorry I have been a little busy doing other related DCS stuff and now I am away from PC for the next 6 days with work. All of the sound files are done & I believe I have solved the JTAC problem. Now I just need to test it fully. Once I am happy that its not going to crash then I'll release it.

Sorry its taken so long, hope its worth the wait!

Are we there yet? :music_whistling:

:D

Just round the next corner ;)

Sorry guys, I'm just waiting on some info back from someone who is testing it in MP for me.

I had to make a bunch of changes as it was crashing all of the time. Frustrating to say the least. As soon as I know more info on whats going on with this mission I'll be able to narrow down the problem and hopefully cure it.

Failing that I shall just rewrite the whole miz from scratch again. **Gulp

sorry for the delay, testing and getting 1.2.1 out and working now on FC3 etc has taken up most of my spare time but I am pleased to say that I have converted this mission to DCSW 1.2.1. It involved

-changes to lua trigger script

-added follow action

-added land action

-fixed JTAC

-optimised some of the units (misbehaving AI !)

-reduced sound file sizes to minimise .miz size.

Just need to put this through a proper MP test and I'll release it.

Had a few problems when MP testing (possibly related to latest 1.2.1 ver), hopefully rectified. Need to MP test once more. Sorry its taking so long but with RL, family & testing 1.2.2 this miz has been relagated to low priority. I'm almost there though ...honest.
