DDSSTT Posted July 2, 2012 Author Posted July 2, 2012 another question. It seems way too dark to fly at night without NVG's is there a mod out there that brightends the night up a bit? [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] http://www.csg-2.net/

DDSSTT Posted July 2, 2012 Author Posted July 2, 2012 LOL, on my TV everything is black. I cannot even see the runways until I am less the 500m from touch down. I have my brightness all the way up and I can barelly make out the city lights from 5,000 ft msl. I suck at life... :) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] http://www.csg-2.net/

DDSSTT Posted July 2, 2012 Author Posted July 2, 2012 Thanks guys, I am using an HDTV and just realize my Blacklight which was not located in the same menu as Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness... ect was on High I turned it to Low and all is good now. Who puts Blacklight in the same menu as Aspect Ratio anyways..? [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] http://www.csg-2.net/
SmokeyTheLung Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 another question. It seems way too dark to fly at night without NVG's is there a mod out there that brightends the night up a bit? If you know how to use the mission editor you might be able to get better nighttime visibility. What you need to do is adjust the date for the mission so there will be a full moon... things will be considerably brighter You do this via the same menu for altering the time (the briefing menu IIRC) the format will be something like this: Hours/min/sec/days Just set the day to 15 and presto, brighter night! Edit: the mission you're flying might already have a full moon, in which case you're screwed :D System specifications: Computer, joystick, DCS world, Beer
