Standalone...but with BS1 installed you can upgrade to the latest BS2 for $19.99, download DCS World for free then you're in. The whole sheebang for $24.99. BigfootMSR Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 One thing to keep in mind with the upgrade for the foreseeable future at least, you will need to have BS1 installed to install BS2. After you have it installed, you can delete BS1 but anytime you need to install bs2, you will have to install bs1. Apart from that, its a fantastic flight sim that I would highly recommend getting. Hellfire257 Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 ED should really take BS1 off the market IMO. There's bound to be people who will buy it thinking they can integrate into DCS world, and even though that is their mistake, I don't think it is fair.

I think there are people like myself who keep BS1, or who will buy it, because the bugs are out of it and its been patched to the point where it just runs reliably; which is something BS2 is still a long way from achieving.
