Confirmed this problem also last night. In Fullscreen mode, no cockpit buttons or switches can be clicked. More testing later tonight.

It looks like an aero/windowed/fullscreen issue to me.

Mouse Cursor Flicker?

Tried searching for this but no joy, when in cockpit and try to click on any knobs / buttons the cursor flickers between in game cross and normal mouse and makes it tricky to get some of the smaller buttons , this didn't used to be like this before the updates.. anyone else getting this or does someone know an easy fix to remove the standard windows arrow so it doesn't flicker between the 2 :) would be nice

Being sarcastic is okay but that is not what I am asking. I read it didn't make it in time so do I have to wait until another major patch like 1.3 or 1.2.2? Funny thing is that DCS World updates almost everyday now. It downloads something and installs when I try to launch. If it is fixed then why not use 'that updater'? No offense here. Just wondering.

maybe if I create a windows theme that uses the DCS cursor as the default and switch to that theme before i boot DCS.. hahahaha.

1.2.1.59xx The Cursor was just jumpy,

1.2.1.6xxx is when the Cursor went from jumpy to Flicking between DCS "+" Cursor to Standard Windows Cursor. But it's the same pattern of movement.

So... Which DLL is the DCS "+" Cursor in.... gonna have to wait another 6 hours for me to get off work to tinker with.

Where do you see me being sarcastic?

That is what i was trying to explain with that link, i assumed that wikipedia does a better job than i could. Basically, because it involves a lot of work. Bugs are now fixed at the pace that the devs can merge them into a release client and confirm that it didn't break stuff. What you assume in your statement is that the work is done when the bug is fixed. Well, it is not. Version control adds additional work that needs taking care of.

most of these fixes were prolly priority fixes or isolated adjustments that dont require a lot of testing if any, or they were already in the pipeline being tested before end users even got 1.2.1.xxxx, the updates coming out everyday since 1.2.1.xxxx could have very well been in testing for weeks before.

I see. I took the link in a different way. My bad.

So it needs more time for testing. I hope it ends soon because I almost give up playing now. =/

Related question. Is there a key command to turn off mouse interaction with the screen. i.e. so when I move the mouse the cursor wont display. ?
