Senaki kolkhi frame rate hit

Some airfield's give me a hit on frame rates, but Senaki is a big problem for me.

 

I only have to look in the direction of Senaki and my frame rates drop from 30+ to 15

 

does anyone else get the same ?

Yes, I get the same with most airfields, especially Senaki.

Im not quite sure what is causing it and its also only within a certain close distance. Its also dependant on the direction of view for me.

 

Its possible it has to do with limitations of the engine or a deep cleanupjob is needed. Folliage and alot of other items arent always on the same level or lined up like aircraft on a particular parkingspot. Grass overlapping taxiways. Im sure its somewhere overthere. my hope is aimed at a good samaritan that has the knowledge to sorcer a Caucasus EDGE version out of his high hat.

It is also view direction dependent form me. I can also add that I get big FPS drops at almost every airport.

Could it be the new shelter models?

That was the same thing i was thinking, but i dont have a small hit or serious hot at every airport when flying in a map without anything added.

At Senaki sometimes I get the same thing. If I look to one side of the field my game literally stops rendering for a second or two. When I come in for a landing usually I get a momentary frame stall as well, making for landing very... I'm not going to say exciting....

I get a 50% frame hit when even 1 of those shelters is in my view at senaki. It doesn't drop more if all of them are in view... Or what distance... Or if I'm inside one. I drop from a forced 40 down to 20 or less.

 

It has been like this since 1.1.1.1 at least.

If you copy the older 'ukrytie.edm' from DCS 1.1.1.1 (i don't have it installed anymore maybe WildBillKelsoe could help) you'll get the older hangar model back, just copy it into DCS World\Bazar\Terrain\Structures\High\EDM.

Does anyone still have this old model that can upload? Although my fps are fine enough, loosing a few of them to something that I even notice is not my way.
