Seems at least 3 pilots can not connect to the server..

 

Possibilities of "Connection interrupted":

1. Integrity check. (Uninstall mods)

2. TackView. (turn off tackview)

3. Old version of DCS. (Upgrade DCS with autoupdate).

4. Your nickname is occupied with other pilot. Our statboard allows only one nickname per id. (change your nickname)

 

That is all I know. Our ban list is empty, just warning to those who quit when damaged.

 

If you know other reasons of "connection interrupted" tell me please.

Config/export and "Config/Export/export.lua" don't exist in DCS:World anymore, if a client still has this in their folder (due to keeping their original folder from 1.2.1) and it is different to the servers they will fail Integrity check no matter how many repairs they do.

This is because the Export folder will not be repaired/restored anymore.

 

Clients need to either do a total fresh reinstall or just delete the config/export folder.

More importantly the Server host needs to remove config/export from his Integrity check.

It is usually under: C:/User/Saved Games/DCS World

 

Bascially means you can neither use TACVIEW, TARS nor ARIES Radio while playing on the server?

Ive navigated to C:/user's/user name/saved games/DCS ..... and this is what I have there .

Cant find no export lua ???

now we'ra switching to new mission types. now we have 3 of them 1 mine and 2 made by AAK. The idea of the server still the same. English for Blue, Russian for Red. My mission on both languages but 2 AAK mission on Russian only. I'll translate them for Blue coalition 1-2 month later. (after vocation)

 

But if someone has desire to make native English translation from Russian - let me know we'll include you as mission coauthor.

Yesterday Jazz run statboad operation in full and I saw multiple autokicks due to occupied nicknames.

They are:

 

Rafael

Eagle

richard

Alex

ROMAN

Pablo

User

Talon

denis

Сергей

Sergey

Mike

Admin

Виктор

Вадим

 

Once again statboard does not allow double nicknames.

You can check your nickname in the search window on the statboard web (the link is in my signature).

I changed Integrity Check to:

I Like to play Red with english briefing :) but no problem with that.

Could you copy/paste the briefing on the forum till you have the translation done? I could use the Google translator on it.

Where do I find the config/export folder please ..... my version is 1.2.1 with all ED update's , so now its 1.2.5 latest update .

If you still have the old unnecessary file in your directory it will be in the main directory, the Program files directory.

 

\Program files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Config

 

If you're using 1.2.5 and have an Export file in there then just delete it.

The IC doesn't check files in \saved games\DCS.

Found a folder called "export" in the path you mentioned Frostie , and deleted it . Will try and connect as soon as version 1.2.6 is installed .

 

Then its straight off ta bed , typical , gotta get up early in the morn , typical !

 

Today : Deleted it and couldn't connect to any server at all , so reinstalled it again and can connect to servers , but again , not this server or the RAF .

I think you'd benefit from a completely fresh install.

I was thinking the same ..... but Im kinda scared that I will cause other issues ?

Before doing so make a copy of your \Users\..\Saved Games\DCS folder and also a copy of the '_backup.0##' folder of your choice in \Program files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World.

 

That way you can put your fresh install of DCS back to how you have it now minus any unnecessary files. The only one you should really need is the _backup.0## folder if you've made any changes/added mods etc.

The saved games folder will have your saved missions/tracks/ screenshots/logs/controls etc.

Ok , done that . Trying to reinstall FC3 ..... but it wont let me . It says to download FC3 installer first , where can I find that please ?

 

It says cant install FC3 1.2.2 into 1.2.6 . Please download FC3 1.2.6 installer !!!

Cheers Kunz ..... yep , I just found it . Thanks for your help . Im seeing differences in the load screen already . I think Frostie's advice on a new install was good advice .
