Just to advise that this mod is causing me to lose the textures on the Su33. Not sure if anyone else has seen the same but I guess the model update for this aircraft is clashing with the mod.

 

<edit> Ok I found the issue, there is a line missing from the graphics.lua of the mod for VFSTexturePaths. The new graphics lua from the patch has a line

 

"./Bazar/Textures/Su-33",

 

If you add that after the line for the Su-27 it works fine.

Nice one Stonehouse, will try ASAP as I was missing the textures for the SU33 and thought there might be a link with this particular mod. Been tearing my hair out about it since 1.2.7!!!

Does this affect the Reaper texture aswell, mine is missing?

I didn't either. I compared the config\terrain files to the existing ones, and it appears that the 'switchoffFetchSmokes' variable is no longer used (around line 238 . I have no idea if this was indeed the problem, but when I remarked out that line in each new file it worked.

Modified files was made from original high.lua

 

compare your original low.lua and your original high.lua :)

So, Bad news, the actual MoreVisibility will not work with DCS 1.2.8, but I have found what I have to change, so wait for a new version :)

Using it on "very high, ultra high and extreme" and when looking over the shoulder (A10C) I could see through parts of my wings (both sides). You also see partial water.

Dcs World latest version.
