I think that the terms "high fidelity" or "low fidelity" are not valid for the new announced grade of modeling. It's better to consider it as a earlier stage of the early access, because the airframe, prop and engine modeling are at the same level as for the full grade models. Having system modeling at the level of generic allows to reduce development time adding a new plane to the set. If the plane is interesting for users, full grade systems will appear for sure.

New aircraft naval carrier-borne module incoming

As we grow the naval aviation component of DCS World with the Hornet, Tomcat, and other future carrier-borne aircraft, the Arleigh Burke is a much-needed component to create a modern, realistic naval task force.

The plan is to include the Argentina main terrain, at least the airbases involved, so yes, it will be a long, fuel management, flight (the proverbial 2 hrs of boredom with 10 seconds of sheer terror). All what you have seen is early stuff, there is a lot still to do and to research (by this i mean there are traveling plans cooking) and so on.
