  1. Past hour
  2. I'll take a look. I appreciate it.
  3. I'll check on this patch. But it is usually like this on heavy ish weather (old gif). You can see the deck pitching because the F2 camera is horizon oriented: @Convoy Have a look on this thread about sea states:
  4. @ex81, Thanks for posting your remarks. Trying to steer on the ground via keyboard must be very challenging in most war birds; it must be impossible to steer in the Corsair. I'm trying to read through the fluff. To be blunt: Do you have problems turning the Corsair on the ground or not? Is the intent of your post to record the same problem or is it to offer words of encouragement?
  5. Ok thanks. Where was the elevation info. hidden at?
  6. This looks great and I will buy it, but I also want you to know that I am also yelling at you for not remaking the Fleet Defender campaigns that took place on the Kola Peninsula map. I am trying my hand at doing it, and I am NOT happy with the result...It's quite clear to me that I am NOT cut out to be a mission builder or campaign maker...
  7. It is? How do you make the decks pitch? I have set weather to rain with 20-30 knot winds and it's smooth as silk.
  8. It is currently in the sim. Yes it should....but it is one of the main downsides of SC being a product and not a core implementation for the base sim. It is locked in a single carrier class.
  9. Are waves coming? Ships moving on them, pitching decks depending on the severity of the weather. Deck crew for non ED ships? Buyers of the SC should get crews on everything, including the Forrestal.
  11. How do those WEP settings compare to the settings advised in the F4U-1 manual as they are different power settings to Magnitudes manual. It states to use a higher MP and Auto-Lean. 2700 RPM / 57.5 MP / Auto Lean at sea level.
  12. Today
  13. In my list it says "Headphones. Pimax P3C10" For me, "Speakers. Realtek USB Audio" is my desktop speakers connected to the mobo via an optical cable.
  15. Hi all I have been looking at learning the Corsair to find the engine management power settings for MP/RPM/Fueling all at the different alts. The three sources I have are attached in order: 1. The actual Magnitude supplied manual. 2. A digitally replicated (from user files) of the stamped card inside the modules cockpit left hand side. 3. A regularly quoted and provide F4U-1D with the water injected engine ACTUAL flight manual. If you look closely the most common power and engine settings differ for Take Off/Rated(max con)/Cruise/Economy cruise. Can anyone, preferably Magnitude, please provide us with the correct settings to use. Take for example the Max Rated settings - the cockpit card shows a different fuel mix to the actual IRL manual. Next, take for example, max cruise - all three sources show different MP/RPM/Fuel mix settings. How can the internal cockpit card be different to the actual magnitude manual and be different to the actual IRL manual. Magnitude please can you help us out and clarify so we can get the most out of this awesome module - as you know warbirds engines are delicate and you need to master and rote memorise the settings but you can’t do that if the source material is all different.
  16. You have a laser to fl CCIP/CCRP for rockets/bombs/guns, and the additional toss mode. There is radar altitude and fine angle ranging as back up the introductory video is wrong, there is no G limiter. And the flaps are only two position, there is just three buttons becuase the panel is re used from MiG-21/23. Both rear buttons fully lower flaps. And HDD doesn’t just copy HUD symbology, it adds the right HUD border and HUD/rear elevation cue and the bar being scanned
  17. I've personally seen TGP, INS, and I've had the elec sys caution light come on because I ran the jet on battery power only for too long. But it is randomized so you might or might not get any failures. The battery one should be all the time if only battery is on but maybe one day.
  18. Yep, and some ground crew maybe? Please and thanks
  19. I tried those via keybinds and nothing came on. The relevant switches in the ramp operator station also weren't animated nor had mouse interaction.
  20. yes plz add animated movements inside while on seats ermersion factor
  21. I did some more testing and it's actually very close now (4 kts slower than expected) - at 1000 feet @ 11,142 lbs, no wind, auto rich and WEP engaged. I used the performance data for weight as the M3 chart does not include that parameter. Once the whistle effect is implemented with historical accuracy, we'll be just about there. nullimage.png
  22. I'm have same issue. Also getting static sound when game freezes. Only started after latest update.
  23. I don't have that one but yea, also the Chinook eventually - any helo where the copilot/CPG can take control. Tired of instantly going into VRS when I take back and move the controls any
  24. If you get this message you can determined which file is causing your integrity check to fail. Juste hover the mouse over the integrity check icon (which will be red if issues) in the multiplayer list and you will see the list of files causing the violation.
  25. In mission 5 "Sweep" of the "Sea Dragon" campaign for the Flaming Cliffs Su-33, the wingman consistently crashes on takeoff. I've attached a track file for this. su-33-heavy-dragon-mission-5-wingman-crash-on-takeoff.trk
  26. I think I must have slept with the wife of whoever plotted the waypoints for this mission. The egress takes you right by an enemy airfield, I guess for theatrics. Only problem with that is that sometimes AAA get lucky hits in. I got blasted, lost most of my electronics and fuel, and had to bail out a few miles short of the coast. Really sucked after such a fun mission, especially since it seemed to be due to a needlessly risky route (why wouldn't I just fly three miles to the left to avoid the airbase altogether)? Loved the mission, by the way, just would have also loved to have landed at the end of it.
