Налетавшись и навоевавшись на скудных моделях Су-27, Миг-29, открыв все "прелести" воздушного боя и вообще физики, мы решили слегка преукрасить этот авиасим, который плавно перетекает в танковый симулятор под названием ЧА. Немного помечтав, было принято решение, что нужно реализовать Миг-25 в игре. Сделав его летабельным, и пролетев пару полётов в паре, очень загорелись этой идеей. Но по скольку далее чем разрисовкой кабины мы уйти не можем, мы решили взять за основу кабину Миг29. Удалив некоторые ТГА текстуры, а так же добавив парочку, мы кое к чему пришли. Разумеется вся кабина будет дорабатываться, поэтому хотелось бы попросить, у кого есть какие предложения? На трёх скриншотах представлены БЕТА-ВЕРСИИ кабины, в данный момент текстуры пополняются, но всё же для более-менее реальной нам нужна помощь. скрин 1: Общий вид импровизированной кабины миг-25. скрин 2: Вид с боку, хорошо виден козырёк. скрин 3: Стекло имеет характерный желтоватый оттенок и мутноватость.2 points

Hie all, I tested yesterday evening the great Ground Crew V2 realeased by Tomcatz and I have comitted a litte video trailer to show thios mod and the ADA-Mod to. Do no expect some realistic placement of the ground crew, they are all on the runway beacause i had not too much time. Lotham, i dont think he is talking about "camera shake". It seems he is talking about "mouse panning", or "looking around" with the mouse. Well, i use the "Logitech G5" mouse. I have 2 buttons on it that lets me select the sensetivity that i desire. It can be VERY sensetive, or very slow. With this, i also edit some small "parameters" within Lock On. Look for the following file: ...\Ubisoft\Eagle Dynamics\Lock On\Config\View and open "View.lua". Scroll down til you find these settings: "ExternalMouseSpeedSlow = 0.4 ExternalMouseSpeedNormal = 1.0 ExternalMouseSpeedFast = 10.0" Those are my current settings for the mouse in external views. I don't remember the default values, but i simply lowered the values quite a bit. By half, or a little more. Play around with the settings, and i'm sure you'll find some good settings that suits you and makes it easier to do pans with the mouse. :)1 point

Совсем не обязательно аттачить все элементы. А иногда и просто вредно. Эту лесенку вполне можно оставить отдельным элементом. Игре это пофигу, троллейбус без лестницы не уедет. А вот мапить отдельно корпус и лестницу будет удобнее. "Сливать" вместе два элемента может быть полезно только в случае необходимости плавного перехода между ними. И делать это надо с умом и последующей ручной подгонкой сетки. В данном случае такой необходимости нет.1 point

Dude, it made sense all along and I suspect you know it. In an attempt to get this thread back on topic, let's recap . . . This thread is about people's expectations for Black Shark. There are gaps between what some members of the community are hoping for, and what they can reasonably expect for Black Shark. That's what my original post was about - I think it's a very valid point. You've picked up on one of the little examples I suggested of an unrealistic expectation causing someone disappointment at Black Shark release. I plead some artistic licence - no, there haven't been mass calls for an F-15 study sim on this forum, and the term "some people" doesn't include every F-15 pilot on the forums. So shoot me ;) But there has been an expressed desire for changes to the F-15 that aren't just fixes to what is already there, but require remodelling the aircraft. And I do still believe that some people will be disappointed when they don't arrive with Black Shark . . . .1 point

Speaking of engine problems ever tried the mission where you have to pick up the celebrity and the engine cuts out. Where to land? I like how the nose wheel snaps off after it hits the arrester wires.:thumbup: BTW don't be surprised if someone adds animated ground crew on the deck as FSX supports that kind of eye candy.1 point

Funnel could be usable for strafing enemy infantry troops, anything else wouldnt be realistic.1 point

Since you brought it up I'll share with you that I've just been practicing this maneuver ('voronka' in russian) these days. It's indeed tricky- you must find the balance between turn rate and circle (target) center. Because when I try to increase my side speed (turn rate) and my nose no longer aims in a point, instead it 'draws' a circle on the ground whose radius is growing with the turn rate. To be honest, I still fail to see it's combat application. But yes, the FM is truly amazing- it gives the opportunity to try this and other stuff that is possible IRL, and you definitely feel that what you see is not a script.1 point

In FC, cannon ammunition is definitely calculated in the AFM, affecting not only weight, but the CG as well. Not sure about SFM though.1 point

Yes you can - It takes practice and excellent pedal input as well as joystick control. Side-ward flight is challenging as well; what you have seen any KA 50 on YouTube video, you can do with the outstanding FM.1 point

I am glad to announce the release of Static Objects Pack 1. This addon will add 13 new unique static objects to your mission editor to include in your missions or play someone elses mission using the pack. This is no simple 3d model swap, all objects are new and wont replace anything.
