  2. I still can't see any trace of loading the Sweden Asset Pack in your log.

  4. Strange, has to be a conflict then. I just tested some of them by putting all the Swedish armor units in a mission and they worked fine. Send me your dcs.log and I'll take a look.
  5. I'm happy to hear! I'm all good, especially now with all the repair work finally done. It's so much more fun to work on new stuff than repairing old ones. Maybe, it hasn't been a priority since the IDF Mods guys already started making them. But I might do it in the future. There has to be something wrong with your installation then. Check for conflicts with other mods, check your installation directory (saved games folder, not DCS core folder).   6. Back to work on the German asset pack update. Currently putting the German MAN truck based Patriot system through tests. It's based on the older Patriot setup with the AN/MPQ-53 and PAC-2 GEM missiles.

  8. Check your min and max ranges. I had to increase the minimum range. And you need to point it in the general direction for it to do its best work.

  10. Yep, I think these strange deviations occur around the non-primary parts of some maps.
  11. None of that happened to me as they all hit the incoming SCUDs. Try the mission when you get the chance.
  12. Strange. I just ran a simple test mission with the Arleigh Burke Flight III using SM-3 against four incoming SCUDs. Worked just fine for me. SM-3 Scud test 1.miz
  13. The SM-3 weren't affected by the DCS update issue.
  14. Correct. The US asset pack was updated the 15th. And as mentioned above, besides the announcement I make here in the thread, always check my website. You have the release log on the landing page as well as a detailed changelog per country (if you click on a country at the top).
  15. I haven't released the fix update for the China pack yet.
  16. The fix updates are incremental updates. Just unzip them and overwrite the files in your complete asset pack.
  17. I should clarify for everyone. I've been working on replacing all the broken missiles for the last three weeks. I had to use all the tricks in the book to get them to basically work again. Core DCS doesn't have accessible weapon schemes made for these kind of weapons (like the GMLRS, ATACMS, PrSM, GLSDB, 9M723, YJ-21, DF-21D etc). It's not due to my lack of understanding these weapons, it's because I haven't found another way to implement them. The alternative would be to remove them. I have tested numerous different solutions, and this is the least worst one. I've experimented a lot with the SCUD code, but we need to understand the aim_data parameters for it to be useful.
  18. Because I had to be really creative to get all the missiles working again. To be honest, I'm glad I actually found a way to implement them again. The fins are folded during the "boost" phase and will then unfold.

  20. Do you mean you can't fire them if you take control of the assets? If so, that's correct. DCS doesn't allow me to implement more advanced radars (with separate channels etc) and still retain the feature to manually fire them. And since I primarily make AI assets I chose to have the more advanced radars.

  23. It's got nothing to do with ED. It's just an incorrect setting of the train. I always start out my configurations by setting the hardware limitations. In this case the Mark 45 can actually rotate +170/-170 degrees. I then set hard limits to protect the ship. In this case I had forgot to set the hard limits. It'll be fixed in the next update.
  24. It doesn't really seem to matter how many status updates I write. Scroll back in the thread and look for the headline "Status update", where I describe what's going on.
