Dude! I'm sort of jealous of you being born on the anniversary of the Wright Brothers' first powered flight and all. What makes it even worse is that my birthday is tomorrow. ARRRGHH!!
Anyhow, enjoy it mate!!:D
Is it you, or is it the place you live that allows you to just go and find a good-looking girl to sit in your simpit and hold your joystick? Or are you drugging them?:D
EDIT: I know one of them is your wife, but still.
Those are for the radios. You may have turned down the sidewinder missile audio and max performance/stall tone down as well. Those two are on their own panel.
A useful, relevant answer can be found in the Youtube comments. *gasp!*:D
It says "Do not clean with alcohol." Isopropyl would have negative effects, maybe?
May I ask what aircraft you are referring to? In all of the aircraft I've read about, the gear is left down until clearing an obstacle, because the act of retracting the gear could cause more drag than the gear being down.
Just a minor FYI, this is the reason there are slats on the A-10, because they smooth the air going into the engines at high AoA. Thus, as Olgerd said, they will only flame out if you really throw the plane around.
