One of the training videos for FC showed the air to air mode of the A-10 including a funnel for aiming the cannon.

It is similar to the ABRIS in that you push the button next to the option that you want. For example, you push one button to see what is loaded on your pylons, then push the button on that pylon to select the weapon there. If you push the button next to the tagerting pod, you will get its image on the screen. Also, they are identical: both units can show any menu or submenu.

No joy. That is a function of the product "Elements+" that the website sells. I'd rather not pay for the function, though. EDIT: After checking, ungroup layers isn't even implemented in Elements+ v5

I have a couple of paintkits for FSX planes that I would like to repaint. However, I only have Photoshop Elements 5.0, and it can't do anything with layer groups, and both of the paintkits employ layer groups. So my request is: is someone willing to open these two files, re-save them without the groups and send them back to me? If yes, PM me for more details. EDIT: Make that 3 kits

If you're carrying a targeting pod, I doubt you'll be dissapointed! On the A-10A, the image was limited by the missile seeker. I would think that you can slave the missile to where the pod is looking in the C. IDK about when the pod goes AWOL, though. This seems the right place to ask, no?

There are some other documentaries floating around here, maybe somebody can move them? Also, send a PM to Bumfire, he has a server with videos on it. A.S. has a youtube channel with some cool stuff on it too. Look for "Callsign A.S."

Thanks for the update! I sent a request to the National Air and Space Museum archives for technical drawings of the A-10 cockpit and main panel. It'll take a couple of weeks before it arrives, though.

Here's another vote for a head tracking device. In my case, a TIR4. I also have a Saitek X-52 (non-pro).

It would be really cool if somebody could act as a controller for some or all of the aircraft in the Nellis range. If everybody had the charts, the controller could reference them and everyone would know what they meant.

I did. But I'm a real world pilot and a sim geek, so I guess I don't count.:D

Personally, I don't think having the dimension exactly right is too important. I'm after the functionality.
