Yeah, I never understand why my wife go through the trouble with getting out that massive mortar, plucking those herbs and spices to make 4-5 different kinds of curry paste either. I mean, they don't taste the same. One taste better with fish and another with pork. Most are good for soupy curry while a few are best stir fried with prawns and stink beans. :D
Can you white people tell me why you have so many kinds of bread when one will do?
