Have you tried the original sriracha from Sriracha, Thailan? You can get them at your local Thai market. It's a lil more spicier and lots tastier than those Vietnamese imitators. For something really spicy you must try our homemade seafood hot sauce; them tiny garden grown Thai chili will knock you out. BTW, milk gets rid of the burn after eating spicy food real quick.
