The Front nose wheel light turns with your nose gear. Very helpfull during taxi to know where you front wheel is. Also, the not enough can be said on the ground handling. It just feels so right!

Jetfighter series may not be a high fidelity sim. But I know I have spent hundreds if not thousands of hours flying jetfighter 3. Nothing beet the thrill of carrier landings. Time for me to dig out that disk and fly some F14s.

Atm the stick defaults to the center position. The logictec stick uses a single spring. When I was playing BS before the mod I could hover very comfortably with hands off the collective. Mostly had to deal with a slight climb.

One day I got sick of using my cougar as a collective. So I plugged in my old logictec joystick and used it instead. Old problem was this it was a little awkward. So I fixed that. So I ripped it apart. I used hot glue for the copper pipe. I think it will hold up fine. Also it holds the wiring in place very nice. And its all good to go. I figure a picture is worth alot more than my explanation. Any questions and I will be happy to explain best I can. The last picture is only a mock up. I took this project with me on the road. I should be able to test it out later. I have tested it on my labtop and its working just fine. Cant wait to get home and start flying with it.

Gentlemen, calm down. Forums are a dangerous places for opinions. I believe that always need to be expressed. Just carefully. People like to play online in different ways. Respecting each others play style will only help the community grow. online isn't much fun by yourself. You might take some interest in old car seats. Steal the guts out one with electric adjust and hide it inside your seat. I have an electric seat out of a Ford windstar. It goes forward/back, up/down, tilt forward/back, reclines, and I think lumbar. I would be willing to let it go for free. Although you have 2 panels I would be very interested in. Just need to pay the shipping. I can get you pictures if you are interested. I went with a manual seat because i didnt want to run power to the seat. If you check out my pit you'll see the kind of seat I'm talking about.

I know what your saying. But how would the 1st fighter join then? Maybe somehow set a trigger that for every player controlled fighter that an AI one will spawn to counter him. If another player joins the other side then the AI will despawn. Would be interesting to program.

Hit clear category for both the MFDs then assign them from scratch. It's what I did.

I'm really trying to avoid an install on the same hard disk as the OS. I have a lot of issues with the virtual store in Windows Vista. I could partition the ssd. But as you said its only 60gig. Anyone know how to install with having to virtual store mess everything up in Vista? Mods don't like it. I never liked having every game I own installed. I've gotten by with 130gigs for years. Looks like ill be using the ssd for OS in raid. Then the rapter array for dcs and other games.

I just ordered 2 30g ssd for my pc. I currently have 2 rapter drives in raid 0. That is the only storage on my pc. I have been thinking on how to best use my new drives. My options are as follows. 1 Put both SSDs together in raid 0 for the OS and use the old drives for game installs. 2 Install the OS on one drive. and use the other for games. only 30gig per drive. Use the old drives for other games/storage 3 Just put them in the pc and load them as a new drive. Reinstall everything on the SSD and use the rapter drives for the OS. I'm most likely to go will option 1. But if you had 2 30gig to use on your pc. How would you use them? I am using Windows Vista. I plan to upgrade soon.
