  1. 40. Rotating too hard on takeoff and hit the tail on the ground.
  2. 29. Blacking out 30. Dropping bombs and then flying into them while they fall. 31. Birdstrike on 1st half of takeoff with Su 25t. Cant get speed to lift off, cant stop in time. I like this list.
  3. The US hates metric... Also the website you listed is in the UK. Shipping will cost more then the part. Thanks for the heads up.
  4. Please tell us were you got them from. Grainger and field field fastener both quoted 80$ plus for a pipe fitting. Did you buy in the USA?
  5. Hey flim. Did that only come as a die? What are you going to do about the other end. You'll need a tap as well. I'm trying to sneak a part on a cnc to get it made. No luck so far.
  6. We should meet online buddy.
  7. http://cougar.flyfoxy.com/warranty_parts.php They sell the exact cable. If you don't want to grind anything. It's your best bet.
  8. Anyone who has this months AOPA magazine had an article about the F35. Looking for its web version for sharing.
  9. Thanks for the heads up. Would you say on average you would be able to overclocks the 2600 higher than your 2500. I mean on average, I know that every CPU has its own limitations. Can you sight the source for the 5.1 Ghz overclock.
  10. How do you think the i7 2600k will compare from a dcs players view? Do you think the i7 will overclock as well as your i5?
  11. Too bad dcs can only use 2 of the 1000 cores. A chip like that will need to wait a long time for proper software to catch up.
  12. The only way to test a Multiplayer map for its triggers is to run it. Im sure thats not always the case. But it has been with with myself and other squads members.
  13. Thanks for the heads up Gadroc, the program works pretty slick so far. OC support would be a great plus. I'll search your website again. In the meantime a list of "known" supported hardware would be great.
  14. Are you plugging in with your Leo board? Will it recognize an open cockpit cards inputs and outputs? Or is it limited to dx buttons. I'm going to browse the scs website for the rest of my night. Maybe ill find my answer there. But if someone knows please give me a shout. Helios could be a godsend for getting real life switches to be synchronized with the game.
  15. I vote the same. No curves in the flight stick. Also. There is no deadzone. Even the slightest movement with your fingers lightly pressed on the yoke with have an impact on flight.
  16. If your not on comms you are a pug.
  17. If this offer was to include the US i would have one on order right now.
  18. That's great you got her to fly the blackshark. But can she park it?
  19. Check out this link. I know its not DCS. But very cool still http://fullterrain.com/index.html
  20. it shouldn't be giving you any problems. How are you pluging into it? Dvi, VGA, or hdmi. I read a few bad reviews. If you got it from a store a trade for another one might be in order.
  21. Can you give the monitors part number? It may be a 75hz monitors but it may have a long refresh rate. 2ms, 5ms, 7ms, and 10ms are very common to see. Lower is better. If it is 10+ then gaming will suffer. If you went from a lower resolution to a higher one, then you may have lost some FPS. If you simply have a larger screen and the same resolution as before, try to enable vertical snyc and up your anti alising.
  22. I got one not to long ago and it was "Spiking" day one like mad. If the guys at radio shake would let you test it before you buy it. But I wouldn't buy again. If your only using it as a button then it would work fine. But as a pentometer it was crap.
  23. I have always wondered if it was possible for a server to allow multiple export files? My thought was that if a server wanted to allow a get special export file that they deemed safe, could they somehow set it up and also allow a stock install to run. Example being. Server is set up to check export, but 3 export files can pass its ic. So a player can play with no modman. But someone with a virtual panel or whole home cockpit also has a export file that will pass? Is this possible? I know a lot of players that wouldn't play a server if they had to bother with an install for modman. By allowing multiple files than stock and modded can play together in harmony. Sorry if this is answered elsewhere.
  24. Hey there Rockeyes, Any word from Simmeters?
