Not really, it was inevitable. -
it was his personal experience and is not necessarily how it is for everyone.

I believe they make money from military contracts like ED do, it's also why they offer such high fidelity for their upcoming products. -

They could still care and not pay any attention to forum whingeing. -

I should know better, despite having pledged on other kickstarters I still haven't figured out that part of the reason people do it is for the entitlement to moan. -

Oh yes, I forgot 'constructive', because without the complaining it's very likely everyone here will forget what we are waiting for, it's simply not possible for software to develop to conclusion without constant forum complaining. My apologies, thanks for your dedicated service. -

I'm not here every day, but on any day I chose to be here there is always the same people trying to remind us all that they are very unhappy and using the same old script that they 'don't have faith in Luthier blah blah', 'don't expect much blah blah', ' other developers blah blah', 'kickstarter promised blah blah' -

A 'valid' point?........no I'm expecting news when there is news to give, meanwhile I will take issue with folks trying to make the wait as unpleasant as possible. -

Hold on to that thought. Now that your displeasure 'has' been heard hopefully the matter can rest? unless of course repetition of voiced displeasure is expected to make a difference? I hope nobody objects to this, simply my honest opinion and I really wanted it to be heard. -
I can see its flaps.....disgusting!! That actually looks painted silver rather than bare metal.
-
They are just warming up, it always starts with the 'legitimate questions', give it time and my first post will be pretty much the standard script.
-
Damnit!!...I forgot to include use of the term 'fanboi'
-
Krupi, surely you can see all of what I said coming? nothing hostile about it, I'm quite calm.
-
Oh no! no update?....well that's it then, game over, the sky has fallen and all is lost, we had better start a major whingeing campaign and call Luthier as many bad names as we can think of, may as well remind the world of the heinous crime that Clod was for good measure, don't forget to mention 'broken promises' and how much we had to pay......should mostly cover it.

We don't need to be told what's going on, we know what's going on, the work continues, we know the comms are sporadic, we know it's going slower than intended, we know nothing was promised, we know the 190 is not RRG's project. I paid for the complete project, I backed to an ALPHA access level, if I get ALPHA access before project completion I will have got exactly what I paid for, plenty of RL stuff to worry about till then. -

Lucky we have people willing to remind us, we might all miss these issues otherwise. -
being one of the easiest fighters to fly does not automatically qualify as beginner friendly, all these machines had complexities.
-
Which makes little sense at all.
-
I'm not sure I understand this, DCS already supports the rift therefore why shouldn't it already work in multiplayer? or have I missed something? does it stop functioning in multiplayer?
-
It means that we have support for the current developer kits, hopefully also for the DK2's due out in a few months, it works quite well but the DK1 resolution is not great but at least now we have a proper flight sim using rift support and first impressions are indicative of it being a complete game changer.

POLL: BEST PLANE IN A2A ROLE IN DCS WW2
bongodriver replied to USARStarkey's topic in Western Europe 1944-1945
except the Spitfire was good at maintaining high speed in a turn with it's unique wing so a merge with a 40 MPH advantage got cancelled out most times, the Spitfire enjoying a superior turn radius over most if not all opponents. -

Yes, hopefully all we are getting is accuracy and things perform as they did, I was slightly concerned when I read yo-yo's post because it seemed he was referring to a NACA test report of a MkV to qualify the statement, one thing the Spitfire should not be is a surprise.
