Solved it after some trial and error. The catch seemed to be having the orbit as circle...didnt work. Oddly when changed to racetrack it did ? Package inbound

I'll keep it simple, playing with my toys in editor. Got a strike package of several groups to hold in orbit and await a radio message before rolling in and doing the nasty. So I understand I can stop the orbit with a flag, say Flag 3 and the box ticked right ? So I want to produce a player operated radio item, think I got that sorted. If I assoiciate a flag with the radio item, am I right in thinking that once I use the radio item in game this should produce the Flag and now it exists this should stop the orbit and have the groups get on with their flightplans ? Im at work so cant add the miz file but so far I can seem to get the jets to get on with the task I get the radio item, press/activte it but they stay in orbit :mad:

You can loose the weapons hardpoints in the editor Skull, its a tick box. The Yellow skin is included in the new download I posted just above yours

Ok both the Carolinas Med and the Yellow Helimed skins packed together. With the description file altered with the no hardpoint "civ" changes. Razorback, thanks mate your a legend, no I hadn't updated it. Skullleader do you mean the yellow and green skin ? I dont think I ever uploaded that anywhere. I will get back to it improve and put it up. I was working on an Air Ambulance Mission and got so far with it. Making it fit for public consumption needs a bit more work. A hospital with an LS would be brillian. I just used a random building and declared it a hospital.

Instead of setting them as client try giving them a skill level. I wonder if you set them as client the game wont let you fly them ?

Yep F2 to desired Aircraft the Ralt + J jumps you in it. Works in ME fro sure

Thought it was f2 then Ralt + J ? Have to check, but has worked for me. Useful in ME

Diette, did you assign the switches in options in DCS. You have to allocate them as you would any keyboard input. I.e. add say LShift+1 to a function in DCS and then if thatsmwhat the saitek panel is programmed to, generate it should work. First time I did it I picked A10C controls All commands and then started switching on the Saitek Panel to see what if anything reacted. I had this problem but setup in options in DCS fixed it.

It's a bit of a problem mate, especially for multi screen users. A search will reveal the frustration thus far encountered

Why do you start up the keys properties file ? You just need to use the start.bat. I tested it with notepad creat a new file and use some switches, it should "type" the relevant letters. Other thing is you can start DCS first, then once it's running, alt/Tab and then the start.bat We need to get you working with this :thumbup:

Vista 64 for me and it works.

Lucky if you want to save a bit of cash, I use a second hand 21 inch monitor got for £10 ($16 ?). Added a touch screen kit from eBay for £40. Ok so it needs a touch of DIY but has given me a great touchscreen monitor and works flawlessly with Helios etc.

I've got Saitek pedals, they have been just fine, not the Cessna ones or the combats ones but Saitek ones never the less. No need for soft ware just plug n play. Make sure you get the axis for the toe brakes the right way round. Im sure you will enjoy them....report please :-), I'm British and I approve of myself !
