The purpose of a simulator is to be realistic and this is not acecombat :wallbash: There is no need to create an imaginary map to help the developers(great developers, since they can make a realistic flight model i consider them fully capable of creating maps), it looks like you are taking them for children. They just need to: Have the metric data of the territory in question. The ability to have satellite images on it. Creating roads, bridges, houses etc with AI or procedurally generating them and that is so easy that it is embarrassing not to understand it. So I ask myself once again: why are you all asking these questions?

Since there are others who report the same feelings(not only here) and since the FM has not been officially modified then it could be a bug. Unfortunately the only way to know this is to create a test run for the f-18 by testing it first on this version and then on the previous one. Nevertheless, to be able to figure it out, it would take people who are really prepared in the matter who can scientifically prove your claims, and given the level of this community, I would say that we are far away unfortunately.

Sorry dude but do you see written in the changelog that the FM has been changed? or maybe I missed this part?

Absolutely not! This is not a fantasy game. Rather why not ask such a question: Would you pay for a photorelistic map or a map that contains the whole world with AI-created and procedurally generated buildings and roads? (which is also very possible for developers) Why don't we stop ruining the community/simulator with questions that are cancer? Pls, do the right things.

What are you trying to say with this post? I don't understand, is this some kind of propaganda in defense of a company? This reminds me of a speech I made many years ago with a person regarding video games. This person was trying to excuse the developers for the flaws in the game and was saying, "Do you want this thing to look better? the devs need more money, do you want that texture to be more defined? they needs more money" So I replied: Then i buy the game at 70 bucks and it's "more" money... Moral of the story: I only think about my wallet (and you should too), this is business and i pretend to get what i paid for, no excuses.

I happened to read this "truth" other times on the forum, and i don't like it, i find it a fanboy idea and i think i have the right to reply - Where did you hear this "truth"? what makes you think that ED has a duty to censor part of the FM? Who should they hide this from? From "enemy"? What make you (all) think that this "enemy" is unable to reverse engineering and procure more information than ED can imagine? The answer is no, there is nothing to hide, there is no danger of running into classified data. So the results are two: 1)The official data are busted and the reverse engineering of the ED is correct. 2)The ED FM is simply not accurate. There is no need to find fancy excuses :)
