  1. I believe it's an MP function on servers that have fog of war enabled. Not sure exactly how it works.
  2. One tip that helps me sometimes. Force Trim - Off. Other than that - practice - practice and practice.
  3. Through radio menu - request 1T kg load. Fly towards red smoke and hover directly over it. Enjoy. Make sure to map sling load commands - as required. slingload.miz
  4. So go to open beta bugs section and post it there.
  5. Will it have AFM? or more of FC quality?
  6. The controls are not duplicated, so person in the back just have a seat. I do not think there is a way to have one person sandbagging while other flying.
  7. "the team is also hard at work on new aircraft including the Fw-190 and F/A-18C Hornet." So finally confirmed? :D
  8. http://www.reddit.com/user/palmerluckey According to Palmer, this deal will have lower cost and access to better tech. Also better support to developers. Based on his posts, I'll keep my unit....
  9. If the manual is complete, we wouldn't mind read it ;)
  10. Correct. And in progress. Step one. Release EDGE.
  11. That...or just wait. EDGE will come and when it does, you can look for differences yourself.
  12. Their forum said that that number is randomized so that people will not guess when they will be next in line. Did anyone already get a full charge vs 55$? I was under impression that first they charged 55 and then when shipment ready, they would charge full amount.
  13. Ordered. I live only once...
  14. Its a WX front. :D WIP...
  15. Nice update. and ontime ;)
  16. 2 has a better "announcer" voice.
  17. And here's a quick...how to shoot stuff.
  18. Very quick engine start... basic.
  19. Good evening gentlemen! We are finally getting back to business after the long Russian holidays. As I mentioned in my last update, most of the team members were off from December 31st to January 10th, and the calendar being what it is, most did not get back to work until January 13th. I have used this time to take some much-needed rest myself, spending lots of time with my children, and finally getting lots of sleep. Normally, I work on Moscow time all the way from California with an 11-hour time difference, starting my workday at 10 PM, then converting to single dad mode by 7 am. That makes eight hours of sleep in a single block, well, something out a fairy tale for me. Anyway, I thought it would be best to begin 2014 with our most important single task from 2013, the highlight of our kickstarter drive, the cockpit for the Me.262. Unlike most other team members, the two-man crew working on this pit worked through the holidays. With that kind of a work ethic, coupled with doubling up on projects that are usually made single-handedly, these DCS heroes are doing an amazing job staying ahead of schedule and producing consistently stellar quality work. They make the rest of the tasks look bad in comparison, but of course, the overall number of working hours for their cockpits is about the same as for the others. It’s just they need half the calendar time to do the same amount of work. That concludes this week’s update. Please stay tuned for more next Friday! http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/508681281/dcs-wwii-europe-1944/posts/723040
  20. This may interest some of history folks - statistics and long excel spread sheets about daily bombings during WW2 by Allied bombers. Following attachments are from "Bombing The European Axis Powers - A historical digest of the combined bomber offensive 1939-1945 by Richard G. Davis" Other than "interesting", this may assist with building missions for DCS WW2. 1 Sheet Key.pdf 39to42.rar 43to45.rar 1942-45.rar
  21. Didn't expect otherwise.
  22. Oh and would love to have a Pony slot...
  23. 3-4 UH-1 attacking boats in harbor sure made a mess of performance. Lovely sight though...
