I've found a mission or two has been slightly messed up in the transfer from 1.02->1.1->1.11. Some of the targeting and objective info has been lost. I'll be checking and reviewing other missions over the next few weeks. As requested by MiGkiller I've uploaded a file he was interested in. Flaming Cliffs(Version 1.1) uses those Windows keys between the ALT and CTRL keys on your keyboard. 1.02 never touched those keys.

I'll be taking a look at these over the next few weeks for the updating to 1.11. I hadn't realized there would be such an impact with changed AI and missiles. It sounds like the A-10 missions should be OK to fly with augmented F-15s. -

You might want to try Lockon Files and search or look under Downloads. There are recent uploads and older stuff. I've got some A-10 and Su-25T missions/campaigns but they are considered medium to heavy difficulty and even, with the AI changes to 1.11, the Su-25T missions/campaigns are down-right dangerous and brutal. -
Check out my Up-to-Speed Guide to the A10 It's for version 1.02 and 1.1 and should be OK for the Demo except for Windows Keys. You can also check out my Up-to-Speed Guide to the Su-25T for an idea of what's in your Xmas package.

Su25T Campaign/MissionPack - Adler Secured

No, the MissionPack can be unzipped into the SU-25T folder if you wish. The campaign likewise can be unzipped into the Campaigns Folder. No secondary program is needed. In my blurb I was merely giving credit to the Mission Extractor programmer because it allowed me to quickly turn a Campaign intoi a MissionPack for both styles of players. -
Su-25T problems in campaigns

Mission 2 is considered porked because it asks you to do extreme things without proper weaponry and throws in SU-25s in cloud/fog(impossible to see without labels). I'd edit the campaign settings by using the password "eagle" to de-classify(ctrl-alt-d) and change the weapon load-out to get past this. The designer piled in too much difficulty. -

There is no Built-in mission compiler. You will want to download the utility Compile Campaign program I sometimes use a Extract Missions from Campaign program They work very well. -

You can use this Mission tutorial And you can also look in the LO FC Quick Start Manual 1.1 document starting on Page 48. It's located in C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Eagle Dynamics\Lock On\Doc folder. -
The basic fix for the oscillation is to go into Options | Input | Select joystick device | click on Buttons/Axes to Axes | Choose Pitch from list and then you'd slide the D-ZONE and CURV sliders to the far-left so that you'd get a flat line. Click OK Works great for Su-25T.

I thought this was the edges of the map where it repeats because of the unmapped areas. Are you sure it's not one of those areas because the unmapped areas should be repeating.

If ED is operating a training module, they are going to have to MATCH the doctrine and procedures of the paying customers for attacks and defence. Though it says that the Military Customers can program in their situations, the AI has to be understood and adjusted by ED for the non-customer controlled AI. -

If you mean the Heat Blurring, then it's a graphical option on the Graphical Options screen. Click Off -
For other missions than supplied standard missions, most mission-makers have their own password. You can get around that by RE-CLASSIFYING the mission. CTRL_SHIFT-C will bring up a popup window that will ask you for a new password and then to confirm it by entering it again in the 2nd field. Most people use>> eagle Now that you've set the new password - DE-classify the mission Look on the Edit Menu or CTRL-SHIFT D for the Declassify option. Enter the new password. My mission password is gilliguck

WHat are your specs and we can tell you your suggested settings. As for joystick, I use a simple Microsoft joystick with twist handle and I do alright.

Hyena: One of the best Kangaroo FlightSim stories ever!! There was modelled a Grenadier(holding an RPG) in a weapons mod(Realistic Weapons Mod I think) but it was only with a white texture. They should think of basic military positions. Trench(as above) Light Machine gun nest(that fires back) - just needs a 2 part model - Gun and Gunner Heavy Machine gun nest(that fires back) - just needs a 2 part model - Gun and Gunner Tents would be awesome(as was done in LongBow2) Lone Idiot with a RPG or SubMachineGun(Grenadier) - place several of those guys in amongst trees and you've got a real tense situation. You could have a 2 part model Upper body and Lower Body and they both rotate to face the Helicopter while the upper body swings to aim. Anything bigger and I think that LOMAC has already put it in. I created a few missions and the choice of targets was very, very good - watchtowers, Barracks, blockhouses, ammo depots, warehouse, road-blocks, HW comm centers, towers. -
