With it crashing spectacularly when going into game-play it sounds like a driver problem. Some have had problems with the NV 77.89 versions when they go into game-play. What version of card and driver do you have?

From my understanding of the template .MIS - 25 missions with a 175K per mission yields 4.4 mb + 1.185MB totalling 5.5MB file. The compiler needs testing by Pat01 for that size of file Don't know the limits on the LO/FC but I tested adding new units and that only bumped the mission size marginally. I think the # of missions determines more the size than the # of units. In sum, I don't know -
with the Real-Weapons mod for LOMAC 1.1 - check LOMACfiles I never was able to make a hand-held SAM walk in 1.02. Might want to test

As in human beings? No, except for the Igla and Stinger hand held SAMs. Check the Encyclopedia. In the 1.2 add-on with the helicopter being added, some are likely to be added. I have seen an un-skinned AT Grenader that came with the Real-Weapons mod for LOMAC 1.1

You are correct. I've just destroyed the radio building and mast in Feodosija and in the next mission, the mast was in pieces on the ground next to a burnt-out building. I've never, ever, heard of any repairs in a campaign. Good stuff by Pat01. I use his Extract_Missions_From_Campaign program at LOMAC files. -
With the disabling of the F5/Air Combat View possible, are more online sessions with external views going to be made available? I like them for on-line IL2 and like to see more for LOMAC. :cool:

You'd have to go through the bugs forum to see what has caught their eye as issues. While earlier the testers talked about a possible June release, the longer it goes, the bigger it's going to be - to cover a lot of both small and big issues. I think it's going to be a version like 1.02 was for the original LOMAC - it's going to fix lots to try and stabilize it. They've learned about making "exact" promises without delivering "exactly" when and how - it causes more headaches than it's worth. -
It looks like you just need a Mission. Which plane are you needing to fly? What version of LOMAC do you have - the Addon? LOMAC has a Mission Editor. You can use it to create whatever you want. Here's a quick Editor lesson Start with adding an airplane; change it to TYPE of TakeOff Add a few more waypoints Change the last one to TYPE of Landing Make sure you save it and then you can fly it.

Q works for me in the Su-25T. YOu can also try Insert for Chaff only and Delete for Flares only. Might be an button assigning error. Check the keycommands.doc in the C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Eagle Dynamics\Lock On\Doc folder under WEAPONS -
According to Ironhand, ED has not modelled the warm-up time but is aware of it. I'm glad it isn't modelled.

The closest way for level trimming is the ALT-3 auto-leveling mode. It takes a bit of time to level out - make sure you have enough altitude. Check out my Up-to-Speed Guide to the Su-25T for an overview of Auto-piloting and other stuff.

It's important to present it to the Developers. It's a lot more than just adding the right switch - It's about: - buffing up another flight mode - Making Beautiful demos that attract attention - Showing off ED, LOMAC, and, if it's included in the LOMAC successor, building a wider audience. -

I'm working on a Su-25T multi-player missionpack derived mainly from my "Hold Back the AEF" campaign(+ a few missions from my "Adler Secured" campaign). It'll have a password for the standard options and each mission will have a RV point and 4x Su-25Ts How do people feel about using the Targeting Diamonds for multiplay? For the stationary Objectives I'll be using them, mostly. Let me know your experiences with them.

Rule of thumb: Fuel use - from the tests I've done on the Su-25T the rough way to measure absolute fuel left is 100 kg of fuel = 10 km. If you've got 700 kg left, then 70 km is your return range. Be warned also that this is with very little Margin of error. If you cannot find the airport, you will end up crashing in a field. To determine the distance you can use the RTB - B3B or LDG - NOC modes when in the Target Area. RTB - B3B will give you an ILS intercept point of about 15km or 150 kg left to fly. LDG - NOC mode will give you the absolute minimum without any ILS landing aids. Likely a field landing. Notes about loading - full max load @ 100% power I've seen give 120kg/10km full max load @ 85-90% power I've seen give 90kg/10km min load(low fuel) + weapons jettisoned will give you 75-80kg/10km If you jettision weapons after the mission is complete, you can squeeze out about 10% more fuel. And if it's a very long trip, you can save fuel by flying at a greater height where the air is thinner and therefore has less drag.

Is there a reason you can't try full screen? The graphics.cfg in C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Eagle Dynamics\Lock On\Config should be able to be adjusted in aspect and resolution. ... a request in naval aspect for lockon sequel(1.2 or next franchise): 1) Have subsystems we can destroy in the Superstructure. Naval doctrine is SEAD missiles to clear ship AD, antiship missiles(for the rest of the super structure) and finally bombs to pierce the hull. Now we can only destroy ship SAMs when the ship itself has sunk. 2) re-arm, refuel, and reset on carriers -
There were 2 fixes - one for on-line stuttering and the other for LOD tweaking to have smoother "pop-ups" Sign in and Look under Files | Fixes One version for Downloaded and another for CD users.

As I was building my last campaign, I treated each mission like it needed to be tuned to the maximum difficulty just short of unplayable. But as I'm playing through it again as a campaign, I'm realizing what a slog it can be. Outside of the standard difficulty options which can be changed with a password I'm thinking of making 2 changes: listing the difficulty of the campaign Beginner or advanced and making the missionpack(derived from the campaign) more difficult than the campaign. Any thoughts?
